I actually got good communication from this company despite what a lot of other people were commenting on in their reviews.
Jack called me back and answered various questions that I had. He is very knowledgeable on parts and working out which one I needed for the age of the ride-on I had.
My shipment did take over a week to arrive but I was able to contact them on the online chat which they responded to straight away and it was delivered 2 days later. So all in all, pleased with the service. Couriers can be unreliable and it's not always the company's fault who are trying to ship the goods to customers.
Looking at some of the complaints and timelines on the reviews I think some people can be pretty impatient.

I ordered some parts over a month ago, I have been fobbed over for three weeks saying the courier lost it, then it was stuck in customs but now they are just ignoring me and have taken my money! Terrible!

Ordered a simple part, received something totally different. I emailed them but no response so I opened a PayPal case. Weeks later I can have a refund but have to return the part....why should I have to return the part, they should organise the collection of the part.. I'm done with this company. I want my refund

Awful service, kept telling me different dates my part would arrive and different stories then after chasing it for weeks in the end not replying to emails or live chat. After 5 weeks I reported them to PayPal then the same day it was dispatched! Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely terrible service!! I’ve ordered from them twice now (as they’re one of the only place which sell what I need) and the product has never arrived. The first time I had to claim a refund from my bank as they ignored all emails. I’ve had no reply from them again this time. Absolutely disgusting service and will never use them again.
Utterly dreadful - no delivery and no communication
I ordered spare parts from this company (NR1 Tradings Ltd). They didn't arrive. I chased them. Then one of the parts arrived. Then they said the rest were going to be ordered again. They told me a courier would deliver them on a specific day, without fail. Of course, they failed to deliver them. So I am still waiting, weeks later, with no delivery and no communication. The company does not respond to emails. It does not answer the phone. It does not respond to live chats. Awful. Avoid at all costs. Do not believe the one or two undoubtedly fake reviews on here professing that the company is competent!

Terrible company. Waited a month for the 2 items and then they sent one item I didn't order and the other that I did order has not arrived. They do not respond to emails and just ignore you once they have your money! 3 emails now without any response. Avoid like the plague...

Really bad company to deal with, I ordered 3 items new battery, charger and window screen, the window screen came but nothing else it’s been over a month, had a call from jack to say he’s going to get in touch with the courier and also said he had a picture of where it was delivered and that he was going to email me it over like a fool I believed him, now £120 out of pocket, proper cowboys, they haven’t replied to any of my 20 emails and I’ve called Daily and asked to be called but they don’t even do that, I’m calling my bank tomorrow to see if I can get my money back, luckily I have on email a response saying they was going to see where it was and sorry it wasnt delivered
Just think how many children will be disappointed over Christmas not receiving what was on their list and parents ain’t got money to fork out again and this horrible company just ignores you!! I’d avoid at all cost

I am still hoping (possibly foolishly) this will be resolved.
I ordered a replacement battery, great - received a call from a lovely chap confirming - all good....
However over 2 weeks later and numerous emails (and a million non answered phone calls) the battery hasn't arrived.
I've been told DPD have lost it and a replacement has been sent, they've confirmed i'd receive the replacement - so my very excited daughter and I waited in all day - nothing.... no contact from anyone!!
I have sent one last chase this morning, with the hope it arrives tomorrow. If not i will be complaining to my credit card company.
Update - no response all day to either a voicemail of email.
I would avoid until they have a better process of dealing with problems.

Unfortunately, I can only echo the many negative reviews that have already been placed by disgruntled customers.
Over the last 13 days, I have had no response to emails and cannot reach anyone by phone. Even more alarming, I received the company's 'our of hours' voicemail at 11am on a Monday when calling.
I'm fortunate that I placed my order by Paypal and I have now raised a dispute to try and get my money back.
I can only advise that you avoid placing an order with italianbatterytoys.co.uk until they get they drastically improve their customer service.

I was mildly concerned when I saw a few grumbles on here about customer service, however I was pleased to find out these were unfounded as like i say i was really pleased with your service, help and advice as i didnt have a clue what i needed.
When chatting with your customer service advisor they informed me that you have been in business for over 10 years and ONLY sell Peg Perego Ride on Toys and perego spare parts which was clearly evident in your deep knowledge and understading of these fantastic fun kids Italian made ride on toys.

I’ve tried calling over 300 times now and emailed multiple times and still nothing…. I spent £330 on a tractor for my sons birthday. It never arrived so had nothing to give him. I’m usually so good at researching companies before I buy anything but I was in a rush and this has truly screwed me. This company is a scam and I will be getting legal advice.
