I was mildly concerned when I saw a few grumbles on here about customer service, however I was pleased to find out these were unfounded as like i say i was really pleased with your service, help and advice as i didnt have a clue what i needed.

When chatting with your customer service advisor they informed me that you have been in business for over 10 years and ONLY sell Peg Perego Ride on Toys and perego spare parts which was clearly evident in your deep knowledge and understading of these fantastic fun kids Italian made ride on toys.

this is a scam. the have taken payment and are not answering emails or the phone. nothing has been sent. I ordered £230 of parts. DO NOT USE!!!

I’ve tried calling over 300 times now and emailed multiple times and still nothing…. I spent £330 on a tractor for my sons birthday. It never arrived so had nothing to give him. I’m usually so good at researching companies before I buy anything but I was in a rush and this has truly screwed me. This company is a scam and I will be getting legal advice.

Returned something, never got a refund. Tried contacting them for 14 months. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FRAUDS!

Applied for a CCJ (19/01/2022) after this company ignored a Court Claims Letter requesting a refund.

Bought three batteries. Two cases were irreparably damaged. They blamed the courier. One battery needed replacement as the connections were broken. They promised to send a replacement which didn't arrive. For months they've ignored all call messages and emails requesting a refund. Now going through the courts.
Use this company at your peril.

any one thinking of purchasing from this company think again, diabolical is the only way to describe my expirence & there customer service is zub zero. they take your money don't deliver don't answer the phone don't answer your emails i wish i'd of read the reviews first because they don't have a good reputation at all!!!

I don’t understand these reviews at all. I bought a John deer tractor last week and Jack contacted me straight away to say he needed my full address (as I didn’t input correctly) it’s been delivered already. I couldn’t be happier. I’ve since had another email off jack to say if I needed any further help to contact him.

I’ve not opened it yet or got Charged it up (all looks in great condition though) but so far I can not fault the customer service.

Ordered something, the wrong item came and the box was battered to death. Wouldnt respond to emails, wont respond to calls, had to get the bank involved for chargeback. Disgusting when these are expensive items and clearly special gifts for children.

Ordered for my sons birthday present, car not received and now no contact 😡

Deffo agree with others AVOID !!! Wish i had researched prior to placing an order.

Mirroring what others have said below, I purchased an expensive toy tractor for my kids for Christmas, it worked until the battery ran down and has never since. I foolishly paid for a replacement charger assuming that was the issue but clearly it is a faulty tractor, and since this has become apparent to the two people I was dealing with (Jack and Harriet) they have cut off all contact with me, ignoring calls, emails, etc. I will certainly be reporting to Trading Standards as per the advice of a previous poster - and also to make others aware, there are multiple websites operating from this company including italianbatterytoys.co.uk, kidstractors.co.uk and kidselectriccars.co.uk

Avoid this company ! They have not got back to me regarding a toy tractor which is under guarantee. I’ve been contacting them numerous times via email and phone. Terrible customer service! And the problem with the toy tractor is still not resolved.

Very angry with the poor customer service. I have contacted this company numerous times and they have failed to help me or contact me back. My sons tractor is still under guarantee and they are not helping resolve the problem within the tractor.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

They don't answer the phone if you have a problem, they don't respond to emails, their chat line is inoperable.

Short of going to their office, it's impossible to deal with them.

If your looking for a refund or have a guarantee issue then just forget it, you are wasting your time.

Excellent product and service. Second time trying to leave this review as it doesn't seem to want to save. Very happy with help from Italian Battery Toys in choosing from the Gaucho range. We got a very suitable vehicle and it was delivered promptly. Many thanks

These need reporting! I am unable to post the link to trading standards but you can find this via the Citizens Advice website. The more people who report, the better chance of putting a stop to them robbing people!

We bought a pink quad for my daughter for Christmas. My husband and my Dad put it together on Christmas Eve for her and the design was shoddy. The handle bars were loose and came off easily and the on and off button didn’t work. We had to turn it on and off by using the main controls under the seat.

After my daughter played on it 3 times, it just stopped working. We made sure it was fully charged and tried it again but it wouldn’t work.

I have emailed the company 3 times now and not had any response which is really poor!

Don’t waste your money on this company! The quad cost me £240 and was a complete waste of money! Very poor customer service too! No doubt they will blame Covid for their lack of customer service but it’s a very poor excuse! They’ve still been happily taking people’s money from them!

I’d urge you to SHOP ELSEWHERE!!

Avoid this company like you would Covid! We spent £600 on a car and trailer for our two sons. This is A LOT of money for us, but due to such a difficult year we have all had as a family, we decided to buy them a joint Christmas present. This was there ONLY present from us. They used the car three times before it broke. We have contacted the company numerous times. Their phone lines are not manned and they very sporadically reply to emails. I had one reply which was very apologetic and they promised they would resolve our issues by 2pm the next day, we never heard back from them. As a very minor aside issue, we also ordered a personalised number plate for the car, which never turned up. I honestly don't know how anyone who works for this company can sleep at night. We have two devastated kids and after paying so much money, we can not just buy another replacement. Shame on them.

This Company has GONE AWAY the mail is being returned to sender and disposed of via Royal Mails Return to sender system.

I bought my son a 12v peg perego ride on quad from this company without researching them online first. The delivery was fine, however the charger was a dud and didn’t work from first use. I contacted them and told them, to which they promised I’d receive a replacement in 3 working days. I waited over a week for a new one, meaning my son couldn’t use his expensive gift all this time. After contacting them again and again I finally received a new charger after 10 days. It worked for 2 charges and now has also broken. I contacted customer support and informed them, and at first they seemed to want to resolve issue but then have ignored my emails and calls ever since. Now I’m left with a useless £214 ride on and a devastated son.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DODGY COMPANY. THEY’RE EITHER SCAMMERS OR COMPLETELY INCAPABLE OF RUNNING A BUSINESS

Disgusting customer service. Took my money then advised item not in stock. Still waiting for a refund from over a week ago, they do not respond to emails!!!

This company & a few others that operate under NR1 trading took our order and promised delivery on a set date. Nothing arrived. It is impossible to contact them, I've left multiple emails / call back request / chat requests and nobody is willing to respond. Either fraudulent or inept.
UPDATE - vehicle delivered. Contact made, company say they had problems with their email server
