i bought a sweatshirt there on feb 7, ik it can take 35 days to arrive but im scared if it wont-

edit: april 3 - it finally arrived, it came with a choker i didnt order but thats cool ig. but wow 2 months late. thats not very good.

Amazing clothing and even more amazing aesthetic inspiration. Bought ulzzang hoodie and some grunge accessories. Got everything packed carefully and with a cute gift.

I would not even give them 1 star. Ordered 3 tops, took several weeks to get the shirts. The shirts were like size 3X I ordered xlarge which is what I order everywhere else. sent an email they said I have to pay for the shipping if I want a refund....dumb idea, spent $21 to ship back to China. I have not receive any refund or replies to emails. Terrible products and terrible company service.

I ordered a coat on December 6th. It is now January 25 th and nothing. Three emails inquiring and not one response. Unprofessional company.

If not delivery time - I'd give this store 5 stars.

Overall - amazing service and stock. btw love their instagram.

Idk guys but I got all my items that I wanted,I even got a plus necklace which I didnt order,it came exactly after 1 month 6 days. :)
None of them seems low quality.

I would like to review our item. Ordered it on Dec 1 and its Dec 29th. Still no a sweatshirt. If you are ordering know that they say it takes 30 days to arrive in the US.

I hope this item arrives. And when it does I hope it is a good quality item?

DON'T ORDER

I ordered the 30th of October and still didn't receive any of my order or even a confirmation email that it had been shipped.
I can't get any answer from the service by email or Instagram.
If you reading this don't risk yourself in ordering on their website. There is plenty of others doing kind of the same clothes.

I read the other reviews and I was scared of getting scammed. But the clothes came in really fast. I only had to wait between 2/3 weeks. The quality is really good and I'm definitely going to buy more clothes from this website 🥰

Love this store. Ordered denim where is my mind jacket and awesome aesthetic pulp fiction tee. Highly recommend this shop to anyone who's looking for egirl outfits.

It’s a bad store. Okay. Period. I ordered a phone case on the 30th of September and I STILL haven’t received it. I know it takes 15-35 business days, but come on! It’s been more than 35 days. Go find another shop to buy from. Not worth your money.

Extremely displeased with the service. I ordered a product October 11th. I understand the delivery time was listed as up to a month since it's shipped from overseas, however, over the course of The following month the seller has provided no email or confirmation on the fact that my order had even shipped from the seller. I have sent multiple emails over the course of this month inquiring about the estimated delivery time, with absolutely no response to any of them. I can only assume I've been ripped off and that the item will actually never be shipped.

If you're reading this, I highly suggest you avoid buying from this store, as there are many other stores out there with similar items, with much better customer service and shipping time that won't scam you.

This was horrible,i ordered like seven things and i got four of them and things i didn’t even bought.It said that it would take 15-35 days,BUT my order took 3 months.I don’t recommend this website at all.My pants didn’t have the hole for the button carved out.Its way overprized and its not quality.

I would give negative stars if possible. This company should be out of business and probably will soon. Took forever to get my cheap azz clothes. Everything smelled of chemicals. All clothes are straight from China. Hence why it takes so long. Impossible to return the clothes, as you can’t get anyone to give to return address. I have disputed with my CC company and thankfully gotten a credit. Cheap quality and cheap company.

Honestly, great customer service. My product was not available anymore and after the reviews I read, I was not sure what would happen. But everytime I tried to reach out, they responded very quickly and provided me with a good solution for the product that was out of stock. All in all, very satisfied!

Listen, if your thinking about buying somthing from this website please don’t. It’s obvious that they don’t ship on their right time and they don’t give you a “working” shipping code. My friend tried to order a backpack from this website two months ago and she still hasn’t gotten it. It’s crazy how much she emailed them and they continued to not reply. My conclusion, if your thinking to buy from a different website please do its way better than this trash company

The worst. Do not buy from itGirl. It took months to arrive and is missing an item and none of it fits even though XL was ordered. Complete waste of money. This company should be shut down. Have sent them 4 emails and heard nothing back. What did arrive in the order is terrible quality.

I placed my order 2 whole months ago, and just got my clothes yesterday.. I ordered an XXL, and it fit my 12 year old sister. The shoes were as cheap as they can get, paper thin and like leather slippers. I hope the sweatshop workers who made them are getting treated well. Don’t bother buying anything from these people.

If I could give a 0 star review, I would. I ordered about 5 shirts in early August and I'm only just now getting an email stating my package has been shipped in late September. The tracking number does not work, as others have stated. It's surely fake. I should've read the reviews before handing them my money. It's definitely a lesson learned. I highly doubt I'll be getting any of my items at all. I emailed them twice about my order to no avail. It's a huge SCAM.
