I actually bought a property through iThink Property and I must say it was just as easy as going to see a local agent. They were efficient throughout the process. If I were to sell in the future I would certainly make contact with them.

By selling my property at a fraction of the cost of the high street estate agents I was in a better position to negotiate a discount off the asking price. This is very useful in today’s market. I used ithinkproperty who only charge a one-off fee. I sold my flat within a couple of months. I was prepared to do the viewings which gave me instant feedback and a chance to start negotiations with any prospective purchaser. Ithinkproperty offer the same services as the conventional estate agents which means your property will be advertised on all the major property websites, Rightmove, Primelocation etc. ithinkproperty made the whole process very easy, uploading the property details and arranging viewings went smoothly. They have good email, telephone communication and continue their service to ensure the legal process is completed once your property is sold.

Just want to say thanks to the ithink property team based in Essex. I found them on the net and after the initial contact and paying them they swiftly got my property on Rightmove plus a lot of other websites. I found them very easy to deal with and I was even able to call them out of hours which was really helpful.
