I installed it in 4 devices (desk top, laptop and 2 phones) . 3 of them are no problem but with the Redmi K20, the speed is terribly slow. It was on battery optimization.

Do you use our product on Andriod device or iPhone? Please try more servers to see if the internet speed is OK.
It is normal that using a VPN on your Android or iOS device can consume more battery than without it. Any app running on your phone will impact battery consumption, especially apps that run continuously in the background. When you do not need a VPN, please exit the iTop VPN.

WARNING
WARNING! READ! I will leave this here until ITop resolves this and gets back to me.
This is not about the product itself since I am not interested in using it. And that is the problem. A driver updating software from IOBit forced this upon me through an ad in the worst possible way.
1: The ad falsely claimed that I was prone to a very serious security risk and that the solution was to install iTop VPN.
2: It didn't, as far as I could tell, give me an option to skip installation.
3: The VPN software installed IMMEDIATELY after clicking the ad – NO DIALOG OPTIONS or anything.

I really don't need you advertising your product in the answer, i.e. "military grade" protection. This makes me even more skeptical.
