Took £500 of a child and it kit is not working. Does not reply. Blocks you DO NOT BUY FROM LEON CORNES. I want my money back

Took a gamble as I seen one guy have a bad time with tracking orders etc.. WHO CARES?! - I never had this issue and have completed plenty of floats and Grade A tricks down by the docks on this scooter and all I can say is it’s filthy little work horse, end of!

Bought a dark knight scooter and when I drove it away instantly realised I had made a mistake £800 I give the guy this scooter is worth 2/300 tops it feels like it is going to snap in half at any moment and the motor is poor also it doesn’t hold a charge very well if I were any one I would stay clear of this business

Would not even give a 1 star. Shocking customer service. Ordered in october, told 20 working days. Guy rang me said he didn’t have scooter in stock would I accept another I said yes, he said be there in a week. Fast forward to December 12th still no scooter. No tracking number was provided. I work full time and they attempted a delivery end of October which I knew nothing about. Messages back and forward via instagram the guy promising he will get the scooter to me by Xmas. By 12th id had enough of he’s absolutely shocking customer service so rang my bank to get money back and then he started messaging me asking why??? He issued a refund on the 16th strange he issued it after the charge back. I asked him 3 times to refund me to be filled with false promises. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Luckily my bank refunded.. if you do chance it ask for a tracking number for someone to be home

Delivery took abit longer than they said but definitely worth it for the bike

Shocked with how terrible everything has been with this company.
No tracking given even when asked for.
No customer service.
No instructions with bike.
Charged import duty on delivery £250.
Still chasing to get a refund for the extra import duty charge.
Bike is drop shipped straight from china.
Battery arrived a week later than bike also with no instructions and needing some in depth assembly and guesswork around how to wire bike.
We are worried about charging the bike because there is no manual - will charging incorrectly damage the battery or even worse cause fire? We don’t know as there are no instructions and seller is unresponsive.
Emails ignored.
Would never ever recommend as has been and continues to be a terrible and stressful purchase.
This is a very expensive purchase (stealth bomber 2024) and should come with much better service than is being provided.
If this is not soon resolved we will be talking to trading standards.

Cracking scooter, but wait time was weeks not days had to keep emailing company, would of been nice if they had kept me informed it was going to be late. But don't let me put you off very good product for the money just don't be in a rush

Had a few problems with dpd but Leon was quick in his responses and more than happy to help get it sorted as quickly as he possibly could.

Ordered and picked my scooter up the same day. Great communication and very helpful, thank you itselectric 👍

I was a bit nervous using a sight I didn’t know and could not use PayPal think communication between them and customers could do with a lot of improvement but when scooter came it was perfect took 2 weeks not 5-7 days

Fast delivery on my electric scooter and no issues as of yet

I commute every single day on my electric scooter to and from work and it is a lot better than getting the bus I must say !

Total rip off, bought the stealth bomber but it had broken wires for taillight, lcd displlay not working, no paper, 1key no tools,
Paid 4k for it to drive 6 miles and pack in (controller) after a lot of days replies from the owner over instagram had mostly all ignore and then he said he wont fix it.

Bought 4 scooters of the guy and thats what you get lol, do not buy off him

Amazing service , couldn’t be happier with my electric scooter which goes over 30Mph !

Quick delivery of the scooters, but I have tried contacting them several times regarding an invoice but get no reply. Their online chat doesn't work as well as emails and Instagram DM's not being responded to. If you have or were to have queries, don't expect a quick response.

Very fast delivery on my new iScooter , my boy loves it I will certainly order again soon !
