Ordered a dress for my babies 1st birthday. It's been more than 21 working days. No dress. Emailed them twice with no response. I'm now in the process trying to get my money back through PayPal. I would avoid using this company.

Ordered my daughter the white personalised tracksuit and it’s stunning! Gorgeous on her and so comfortable. Communication fab throughout. Would definitely order from here again!

Order 2 coats on 16th March (now 11th June) one arrived at the start of May but still no sign of the second coat. I have been advised that it was posted on 14th May but still no sign of it a month later. The first cost I finally received is beautiful but waiting this length of time for products is not acceptable. There’s a good chance the coat isn’t going to fit my daughter anymore when it does finally arrive.

Bought 2 dresses for my flower girls from Itty Bitty Boutique, one for my 18 month old daughter and one for my 7 year old niece. The pictures did not do them justice they were even more beautiful in real life and the girls got so many compliments on them! Fab quality at a brilliant price. Thank you so much.
