Very understanding and easy to talk to

Very understanding and easy to talk to. Can only see how it pans out as just about to make first payment. Would recommend if you need to talk to someone if you have money issues

All was dealt with efficiently

All was dealt with efficiently, honestly and compassionately. No one likes to have to comit to an IVA but Vanguard were always there to handle my business and answer my questions.
I recommend them highly.

Generally, not as quick as anticipated

Generally, Vanguard were fine, but they delayed proceedings. They delayed things as they hadn’t received certain documents, but they didn’t tell anyone they didn’t have said documents until I chased up the delay. Upon chasing things, it turned out that they did have all the requested documents but hadn’t thoroughly checked. Other than this, things went very smoothly, if not as quickly as anticipated. Ian that I dealt with at United Insolvency was brilliant. Very helpful and efficient; he made himself available and was very reassuring while these delays were going on.
