DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! STAY AWAY THEY TAKEN MY MONEY AND DID NOT POST ITEMS CANNOT GET ANY REPLIES EITHER STAY AWAY CON ARTIST !!!!!

Not only have I ordered twice from there. Both times the flavour isn’t available but still on the system. First order had to wait an additional week for it to be delivered. Second one said been delivered and no item. So called manager at the store most unhelpful ever and still no order when I was told it would be delivered today after the cock up from them. I want my money back! Crappest customer service I’ve experienced

I have been trying to contact this company via WhatsApp and email for a while now. My parcel had been delayed and I have tried to get help chasing it up but had no response. Then my parcel finally got delivered but there was nothing in it. (Which is obviously why it took ages to get here) I have sent emails and WhatsApps requesting for a refund or for it to be replaced but they are just ignoring me. I can see they are reading the WhatsApps so I just don't understand why they aren't responding. Really don't want to have to go through my bank and I was hoping to get it sorted without having to resort to a negative review on Trustpilot.

Contacted a few days later to be advised that the items weren’t in stock.
I requested a refund.
It’s now over 2 weeks later and I’m £120 out of pocket with my messages being ignored. I’ve had to raise a dispute with my bank. I can’t afford this, it’s an absolute disgrace.

Tried to contact them to cancel an order and haven’t received a reply, sent 2 messages and got an automated response but haven’t had a cancellation email or the product yet. Edit reply: can you just refund me for my order thanks. Sent more emails but no reply, can you just email and refund me? Will never use this company again! Bank is now dealing with this

Come to this stall every day, such a small variety of flavours. The guys always say they will get new flavours in but it’s never happens. Shame cause the guys are lovely but had to take my custom else where and I know my colleagues are the same.
