This is just a fabulous company - I’ve received personal phone calls from the team when there was a problem with the delivery (not their fault) and immediate response to email queries… Plus, the bird food is top quality, too!

Impressively prompt delivery and the pheasants love it! I’ve had several orders from them now, all quickly despatched, well packed, and promptly delivered. The ingredients are top quality and the price is excellent especially on the bigger weights.

I purchased a ceramic bird bath and feeder at a very competitive price. Item arrived very quickly and was well packed. They also included a complimentary summer suet packet for the birds as a little extra. They kept you informed by email from purchase to delivery. Would use again.

I've been buying bird food from Ivel Valley for 2-3 years now.
The product is of high quality; our little visitors seem to think so. They eat it all with very little wastage.
Packaging is good and delivery is prompt.

Really great experience ordering from Ivel Valley - got bird feeders, bird food and storage containers, all arrived very well packaged. I paid a surcharge due to my location but everything arrived in 4 boxes and very quickly - the majority of their competitors also had a surcharge, and the one that didn't, didn't sell everything I wanted. Their own brand bird food is superb quality. Definitely recommend this company!

I used Ivel Valley for up to 10 years for all my bird food. Theirs are good quality products, which are quickly shipped and received. Whereas they were good value at the start, they became much less so at the end of the ten years. But I was loyal to them, support a British family company etc. Their loyalty points scheme was of minimal value, and I think a discount that was applicable to the products I buy only happened 2 or 3 times over the years. So when a few months ago there was a 10% discount over any £50+ order, I was very pleased. When I got to check-out, however, it turned out that the sunflower hearts I needed were one of the 2 or 3 items excluded from the offer. And all of a sudden I'd just had enough of it. Just to continue my support of their company I'd been paying quite a bit more for my bird food than I needed to for years and years. And then that petty exclusion of sunflower hearts from that discount ... No, that was it. I won't order from them again and have closed my account.

Have been using this company for a few months now and am very impressed. Yesterday at about 1400 I realised we were out of some feeds. We have a large range of birds that feed here in Norfolk and I knew they would be hungry by today. I sent a note to this effect and - our feed was delivered at 1000 this morning - could not ask for better service and the wildlife love their products. If you have a problem it is dealt with quickly, efficiently and politely - highly recommended.

The bird food from Ivel Valley is always great quality and our birds love it. Ivel Valley seem to try pretty hard on the sustainability front and they also encourage the wildlife on their farm, so it's a great business to support. Delivery is always quick and, on the very rare occasion that there's been an issue, they have always put it right very quickly. Fab!

Had my first delivery today .and firstly it arrived on time well packaged,and there was a present of a suet Christmas tree for the birds as a thank you for my order , love that ,thank you ,and more importantly thank you from all the garden birds ,the seed mix and suet blocks ,they apselutly love it,😊great quality food ,thank you very much ,highly recommended,give this company a try ,you won't be disappointed, especially in cold weather,they all need high.energy ,high calorie and fat content to get them through the night .Lisa 👍😊

Easy to order - Customer Service very good - fast delivery - really great products. We have numerous bird species visiting our garden and have found that the Ivel Valley berry suet balls and berry suet rolls are the best we have found - our birds love them. They do not go hard which we have found when purchasing from other suppliers. We have used a competitor for over 15 years but recently they have changed their products and their packaging and this has resulted in poorer quality foods and products arriving damaged. We searched google for an alternative supplier and found Ivel Valley - This is our 3rd order and we will now only use Ivel Valley in the future for all our bird food supplies. Very Well Done Guys. Just a suggestion but maybe offer loyal returning customers a discount on future orders. Hope this review helps others looking for a supplier of quality bird food products.

I switched to Ivel Valley after poor experiences with a competitor. Ivel Valley were more local and had a wide variety of seed, bird foods etc.
I'm so glad I did.
On the few occasions there has been a problem with a delivery, their customer service team have dealt with problems promptly and effectively.
They also stock a wide variety of good quality seed and other foods.

I have been buying bird food from IvelValley Bird Food for over a year now and cannot speak highly enough of them. Over the years I moved around between different suppliers, typically due to bad service, poor product and items simply not being delivered. And so I arrived at IvelValley, and glad I did. The product is top rate, the service is spot on. I cannot fault this company in any way.

I also like how they try and grow their own bird seed rather than simply importing it from abroad.

I wouldn't use anywhere else now for my bird food. This company make it so easy to order, you get reward points each time you order and their products are very popular with my feathered friends.
Nearly all of their products are grown/manufactured in the UK (not the mealworms) and are of excellent quality. Spend over £20 to get free next day delivery, and it really is next day, and you get a text with a time slot etc. I can't fault this company, they're so good.

My sunflower hearts were really good quality. So much better than all the previous orders from "cheapest bird food on the web" types. Lightning delivery. Well packed in heavy paper bags. Very happy, thanks.
