I was struggling to complete my order online, so I emailed them,it was after they closed so I wasn't going to get a reply until the following day,and to my surprise they phoned me first thing the following morning and I completed my order over the phone.
I've ordered numerous times from Ivel valley and I can honestly say their service is absolutely first class like their products.

Usually the suet pellets are the very best I’ve ever brought and I have used this company for years.
Last delivery of my suet pellets listed as new recipe seem to me to be the cheaper version they do but charging the better suet pellets prices .more expensive
Not the same colour or consistency
They also recently changed their customer service and is no where near as good as the original phone system and staff that you dealt with your orders.
Such a shame I always gave Ivel valley bird food 5 stars for product and service
Can barely give them 3 anymore.
Will be ordering the cheaper version suet pellets from now on and see what difference there is between them.
