iI noticed that there was a discount on buying 144 suet logs, which made them cheaper than anywhere else. And since it was my first purchase with Ivel I was given another discount.
And they arrived within 2 days.
Only downside was that there wasn't any packing in the large box, causing soon of the logs to break free,

I have been buying bird food from IV for many years and was always happy to pay a premium for top quality food. Last deliver, the sunflower hearts had gone down in quality and I assumed that it was a bad batch. I have recently placed another order and was suprised to get an email from Ivel Valley saying that I had signed up to an mailing list for a company called The Garden and Home Trading Company in Preston. At the same time, Paypal confirmed that I had just made an order to the same company, not F.B.Parrish which is Ivel Valley.

I have now received the seeds and the quality is very poor. The sunflower seeds are 50% chips and dust and the packaging is plastic.

On doing a little digging, it appears that Parrish have sold the company and this new company is using the name and original marketing.

On the basis of the quality of these seeds, I will not be using them again!

I’ve been buying from Ivel Valley Bird Food for a few years now and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. My orders always arrive when expected, and I love knowing I’m giving the birds in my garden proper, high-quality food. There are no cheap fillers, just premium ingredients, and their suet is homemade and tested on their Bedfordshire farm. You can really tell the difference — the birds absolutely love it! It feels good knowing everything is sustainably grown and backed by experts, so I know I’m giving them the very best.

Delivery can often be confusing with some items coming in 2 or 3 days then another the day after,giving the impression that some items were missing.

Always excellent value, good, clean seed and delivered promptly. What more could anyone ask for?

My fat balls were actually delivered on Sunday the 7th. As always, in perfect condition and the birds can't wait to eat them.

While I know this company is always looking for ways to do things better, but for me they are a very well organised business that delivers a very good product to my door, thank you.

No problem at all with the website, the quality of the bird food or the delivery. My only issue is that as soon as my order is delivered, I received an offer of 20% or something. If only I could use it before it expires. I have just received my order, the offer is too late!
