Had a fantastic experience at The Original Ivy on West Street

Had a fantastic experience at The Ivy. The Original Ivy on West Street is truly one of the standout dining experiences in Covent Garden.
The atmosphere was elegant and lively, the staff were attentive and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything was beautifully presented and full of flavour. A perfect spot in Covent Garden, especially before or after a theatre show. Highly recommended!

Was expecting finger sandwiches as per photo

I purchased cream tea with champagne gift voucher. The photograph by the side showed it with finger sandwiches and scones ,cakes, tea and glass of champagne. I thought this would be the ideal gift for a couple priced £43.90. There was no description on the voucher page just a photograph of a 3 tier with aforementioned goodies.
However after purchase of voucher I feel that I have been mis sold the voucher, as it looks like it is only a scones, clotted cream jam tea and glass of champagne. It's disgraceful that they can put a photo next to the voucher that doesn't resemble what they sell. The cream tea voucher for £22 does only have scones etc and no finger sandwiches. I have written to the company to clarify but feel ripped off at the moment. Got a generic reply about booking a table. No answers to my queries. They have lost a customer.

Don’t buy the gift cards they don’t arrive

Don’t buy the gift cards!! They don’t arrive!
I bought a card for £100 for my Mum and instead of that arriving I got a bottle of sparkling wine. There is no response from customer care and I’m worried it’s been stolen.

Ivy Cheltenham 'Private room'

Ivy Cheltenham 'Private room'
Pretentious, over priced, very restricted menu, dull cooking.
The staff were lovely and attentive, the food was nothing special, the cost was absurd.
