I ordered a medium silver bracelet
I ordered a medium silver bracelet, and got a beautifully written email, explaining that Erinn didn't have the size I had requested, but offered to upgrade my order to a gold or rose gold version. She said she didn't want to hold up my order and knew there would be a time delay on her making the original order in silver. I was buying for a Secret Santa gift so definitely wanted silver and, although Erinn said there would be a delay, it arrived after 4 days, beautifully packaged, and presented in a gorgeous gift bag. It's my first order, and certainly won't be my last!!! Thank you Erinn, and a very healthy and happy Christmas to you and your family xxx
