Good but not convenient returning system
Ordering and everything else was good, but the return experience was not perfect. Also, the return cost must be covered by the customer which is not usual these days.

I have been on the hunt for a while for a simple reasonably priced wedding dress and Undress seriously delivered for me. The process was fast and straightforward and the dress arrived in a timely fashion. I am delighted with it, it's very comfortable and honestly nicer than I expected 😊

If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid for the beta version of the Undress v8 in April 2024. I never heard from them again. I’ve emailed, commented on social media, filed a complaint with the BBB which the company never responded to. I’ve read numerous reviews stating others have also paid for v8 and were ghosted as well. There’s no way to get a refund so I’m out the cost of the dress.

Exceeded my Expectations
The customer service was helpful and professional when responding to my questions about the products. I ended up ordering the HEIDI and KAMEA midi dresses and was blown away by the exceptional quality of fabric and stitching. I live in the USA and there were no issues with shipping or tracking. I will buy from UNDRESS again. The dresses are classy and flattering.
