Chair had everything I required eg cloth covered, optional raised arms. height adjustnent - lovely, comfortable chair. Would have liked the option of other colours but only a minor point. Very pleased with it.

The gas cylinder isn’t working I have emailed them four times and no response, have started chat twice and they do not respond and the phone number doesn’t work. Don’t buy from this company. The same email address is for returns or damages so you won’t get any response.

Intimate WM Heart chairs offer quick delivery and sturdy builds, but comfort might fall short for some users. While the assembly process is easy and the designs cater to posture needs, under-padding and limited height adjustments can be inconvenient. Service and spare part support are efficient, but overall, it’s decent value, not flawless.

i rcvd the chair in good time- in three days from purchase, easy to assemble-
from the first use i was completely in love - the design of the unit is faultless and perfect for me. sadly ater first day of use i noticed that the fabric was trapping lint and as the fabric is loose weave with loosly spun fibres of polyester much of the lint is
impossible to remove without pulling the fabric fibres, i immediately contacted the supplier to arrange a return as this is not fit for use and have heard nothing whatsoever back from them.

I needed to buy a spare part for an Intimate WM Heart office chair. Initial advice was speedy and accurate. Part was paid for, despatched and received quickly and replacement has been successful. Great service!

Crystal was very helpful in identifying the fault with my chair and getting the necessary part was very easy.

The company went out of their way to help me with a problem and with a fast response.

The chair was very cheap and uncomfortable for the price.

Worse still, the gas lift started failing after only 6 months and they refused to replace it even though it was still in the 1 year warranty.

I tried talking to their customer service, but all I got was generic cut and paste responses for weeks, and all they did was ask me for money to replace the broken chair pieces.

There are much better chairs our there, and there can't be anyone with worse customer service.

Avoid at all costs.

Brilliant stool, been looking for something like this for ages
Brilliant design and fantastic for good posture and for low back pain issues and also my husband who has had spinal surgery. Great to encourage sit stand and standing working. Only issue is it’s a little high, it does not go down very much so the lowest height is slightly too high even for my husband who is 6ft so end up with slightly painful area under hamstrings. If it could go down slightly it would be perfect! Would still buy again

Great price, quick delivery and my daughter loves her new gaming chair.

I originally contacted IWMH regarding a broken arm rest after using my chair for countless gaming sessions and they were absolutely wonderful in helping with my enquiry.

IWMH took the time to look around their warehouse and found me a replacement pair of armrests, sending them out the next day only for them to arrive within 48 hours.

10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a gaming chair with wonderful customer service!

I've had the Trebleo Low Back Executive Fabric Chair Flip with up Armrest for a couple of weeks now. It is so comfortable! It has a lovely rocking action, and the flip up armrests were exactly what I was looking for. Before I bought it, I contacted the company's customer services (they are definitely not in the UK) for some reassurance about dealing with any issues, should they arise, and they responded suitably for me to go ahead with my purchase. The chair arrived in just a couple of days, and, for £115, I have nothing but delight with my home office experience now!
