I was very happy with the delivery, I had tried to track the delivery but Yodel informed me they didn’t recognise the tracking number, I panicked thinking maybe I had been scammed and contacted the company direct ,.they responded very quickly and followed up the delivery , after that I received the gaming chair that evening . As it’s a gift we havnt unpacked it yet but are not expecting any problems .

Long delivery time and no replay from seller, in the end seller resolved the issue

Got the chair it was broken so they offered me a new chair . . .

I got the new chair and few days later and Im happy with it and overall with IWMH

Good quality sturdy comfortable product, good price, clear and efficient delivery! No lumbar support but easily fixed with a cushion.

Nice chair, easy to put together and comfortable, just what I was looking for. Great price.

Quick delivery although had to pay a surcharge to deliver to Inverness.

All parts present, instructions easy to follow, chair looks good and is comfortable. Arms not adjustable, nor angle of back, but height range is good.

Pricey but excellent quality, contents well protected in transit, easy to put together.

Absolutely love the chair. Good price, great for hot weather, mesh gives plenty of air so helps keep u cool. Took all of 30mins to assemble, absolute doddle. Also was supposed to be a week for delivery but it arrived 3 days early. Would definitely recommend.

Our last office chair decided to bite the dust, it was also an Intimate WM Heart chair, but slightly different model than we bought this week, I remeber how easy the last chair was to put together but i`m afraid that this newer chair was not easy that could have been that some of predrilled holes were not inline and it took us over 3 hours to put together, i think next one of chairs decides to break we will be looking else where

Very quick delivery with excellent communication.
Good sound packaging. Very clear and concise instructions.
Impressive engineering which made for easy construction as everything went together as it should(no difficulty in aligning bolts etc)
Finished chair is very comfortable and easily takes my grandsons weight.
Only time will tell how well the chair will wear.
All in all excellent value and compares pretty well with £300+ chairs.

We bought this chair to go with our home computer set up. Easy to assemble, looks good, very comfortable.

Would be 5 stars if the tilt mechanism locked

Under padded. I am a mere 10stone yet I will soon need an extra cushion from the old posterior. I bought the most top of the range chair available from IWMH and had assumed (wrongly) that the padding would be beyond basic. The chair frame and mechanism seem sturdy enough and the delivery was fairly swift, but a little more extra foam padding would go a long way.
