Don’t bother using this website!

Ordered, paid, never received my package. I have been trying for days to get in touch with someone, after a “failed delivery” for which no reason was given for the “failed delivery”. I will be following up with my credit card company to stop the payment. Scammers!

Remember your long term customers

I love the price and convenience. My problem is that you constantly flood your existing reoccurring customers with deals for new customers. Maybe give your loyal customers a deal. Or perhaps there's alternatives to you and I take my business to their 20-30% off code? Like it doesn't have to be all the time but throw a guy a bone (pun intended) once a year for a new product or some samples of other products you sell.

Connecting with the team on the dedicated chat once you are in the program is a nightmare. There is no reply for days. You do not really get any support.

Do not share Credit Card info with them

JackHealth charged my credit card over a month ago for a product I never authorized. When I contacted them, I was assured a refund would be issued "tomorrow". I’ve received nothing, a week later. Since then, they have completely stopped responding to my emails. The issue remains unresolved, and their lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable. This is not how a legitimate or trustworthy company should operate. Avoid at all costs. Please don't give them your credit card information.

Drop in level of service

In general, I've been very happy with the services provided by Jack Health. Unfortunately, the level of service seems to have fallen off a bit. They did not send my prescription on schedule and did not respond to my enquiry. I had to follow up two more times before receiving a response which made my prescription over two weeks late. There wasn't any acknowledgement of their error or my inconvenience.
