Excellent service Becky so helpful

Becky at Jackson Grundy was so helpful during the purchase of our house, we got really fast email & telephone responses, updates were always available. Thank you to the team for making the purchase of our first home such a lovely experience!

Although comprised of a small team, Jackson Grundy provided an excellent service and supported us through the house buying and selling process effectively and efficiently. We would highly recommend using their services.

Viewed a property with the branch at moulton for a lease hold property. First question we asked was do they allow pets to which the response was yes. We put an offer in on the property which was accepted and moved forward with the purchase. We later found out from the solicitors that pet where not allowed to be kept in property. We questioned the estate agent with regard to this only to be told the managed company had changed the rules but when we looked into this further we found out that they had never allowed pets. I had to rehome my dog because of the false information we received from this branch as if I had not carried on with purchase I would have been homeless. This is not the first time my family have had problems with branch. Would never use them again or recommend them.

I used jackson grundy to sell my mother flat, they were absolutely amazing really helpful, very thorough, i didnt need to keep calling them as they made sure i knew what was happening all of the time, would recommend you use them Becky and the team are fantastic x

Becky and the team at Jackson and Grundy have been amazing in the sale of my mums apartment. Apartment sold really quickly and Becky kept me up to date throughout the whole process and even chased solicitors on both parties behalf. Chris who came to take pictures for apartment to go on market was so lovely ahd helpful. He explained things in great detail. Appolgies for my husband asking questions about the cobblers lol. I would not hesitate to reccomend Jacksons Duston to anyone literally could not fault them. Thank you so much for making the whole process easier for me.

The property sold quickly. Initial valuation visit was made within a couple of days, and guidance about the achievable price was helpful and realistic. Communication was good with weekly phone calls through to the point of completion.

Becky and all of the team at Jackson Grundy provided us with an exceptionally good service.Selling Mum's house from 150 miles away was challenging especially as the first buyer pulled out suddenly due to a National TV news report about the floods in Northampton. Mum's home was the other side of the town with no problem.
The team found a new buyer within 3 days which proved to be a smooth, successful and stressless process for us.

In August 2024, I instructed Jackson Grundy to list my property - The team were great at getting viewings booked in and we had sold within a month.

We had some issues arise as a result of the age of the property (Built in early 1800s) and this nearly resulted in us losing our buyers. Olivia, Lauren and Georgina were extremely helpful and comforted both the buyer and myself throughout the process.

We finally managed to complete during mid December thanks to Georgina's calm approach as she went above and beyond to keep all parties involved and informed.

Will certainly be using them again in the future 👍

Becky has been absolutely incredible throughout our journey- an outstanding example of what an estate agent should be. I have lived in Northampton since 2014 and moved house 3 times. Each time I have ended up using Jackson Grundy to either buy or sell and I can hands down say they are by far the best estate agents in Northampton. The communication, effort and friendliness is second to none. On this occasion I sold through them and Becky from the Duston branch handled the sale which without her would have been a very stressful process. She went above and beyond for us. When people complain about estate agent fees I can vouch to say Jackson Grundy are worth every penny and would highly recommend for selling your house!
