We had an excellent service from Ro and the team at Jackson Stopps when selling our house. We were kept fully informed of progress at every stage. Ro was always prompt to return our calls and emails being enthusiastic, professional and courteous throughout.

I’m grateful and consider myself lucky to have estate agent that has been working so hard to get our boiler replaced in short time. The whole process been monitored and in safe hands of very polite and professional people big thanks to goes to Loren for delivering her best performance and the engineer's great efforts to bring warmth to our house just in time for Christmas.

Loren Pogue sorted out problem with boiler on our rental flat. The work was done speedily and we were very grateful.

We purchased a house earlier this year through Jackson-Stops. Rosanna, who, was our first point of contact was exceptional throughout the whole process, from viewing until the day we completed. She was professional, kind and managed to guide us through a tricky few months and reassure both myself and my husband, with the house sale (which took much longer than anticipated). The icing on the cake was a lovely gift bag on the day we moved in, which was completely unexpected but a really nice touch. I would not hesitate to recommend Rosanna and her colleagues from the Bury branch to anyone looking to sell their home or use their services.

I have sold 2 properties through Jackson-Stops and at present have another under offer, all through the Bury St Edmunds brach. I have found the staff at Jackson-Stops helpful, pleasant and easy to deal with.

Very efficient marketing and selling of our house by the Bridport branch and we cannot thank Michelle enough for her professional but friendly approach to our sale. Despite one hiccup caused by the unfortunate death of our first buyer, the process went through smoothly and efficiently. Michelle was backed up by an excellent admin team.
