Really pleased with the service from Jackson Bailey. Although the process became a little bumpy at times, Jack showed real perseverance and professionalism throughout. He kept things moving and remained committed to getting us over the line—and we made it to completion! Grateful for his support and would happily recommend Jackson Bailey to others.

We had previously used 2 agents for the sale of a flat (which both fell through) before deciding to go with Jackson Bailey.

We could tell Ben was a skilled salesman as soon as we met him. He was personable, polite, not pushy and we both felt he was trustworthy. He was able to sell our property in a little under two weeks.

Despite the journey being incredibly stressful with our constant worry that the buyers would pull out, Ben was instrumental in keeping us calm, and making the journey as seamless as possible.

Something that stood out to us as opposed to other agents who don't do this, is that Ben and his team use a group WhatsApp to remain in contact (if you want this). I cannot explain how seamless and easy this made it- if we ever had a question, we would pop it in this group and typically within minutes, Ben would reply.

We are now nearing completion date in a few days, and are so grateful to Ben- we wouldn't have been able to stay sane without him.

Despite a really difficult sales process with a sitting tenant, Richard and the team could not have done more - at any hour of the day - to try and get the sale across the line. Thoroughly recommended
