Chose Jacksons for the sale of my deceased sister's home. They were so very helpful from start to finish. Completed everything in a timely manner and we were always able to speak to someone with any queries. We use Jacksons Law for a sale and a purchase, they were superb throughout. We were travelling as there were 4 months before purchase made , but they kept in touch throughout to ease any worries or concerns we had. Kayleigh and Nicole were brilliant, thoughtful and considerate, totally professional,always "on the ball"any Qs were dealt with quickly and advise on concerns was valued, I cannot recommend them highly enough, made what is a stressful time as easy as possible for us.

Through out my divorce witch is still ongoing I have had about 5 different solicitors as keeps getting past about.. in the 5 only 1 of them made a effort and I could not praise Katy moody enough..
I get told what is happening by my son as his dad tells him what his solicitors say.... I was given terrible advice in beginning what led to falling into alot of debt untill a mediator stepped in. I here by my son financial agreement been accepted by judge money with ex solicitors but still no word from my solicitor to say so.....

I instructed Jacksons to complete a private sale of my husbands house as he has had to go into full time care. I was given Amy Kay as my contact.Its very difficult to get through to her on the phone. No-one answers. I wasnt informed that the sale had been completed. It was left to the buyer to tell me.When I did manage to get to speak to Amy to complain about this very shoddy treatment, she told me that she wasnt the "fee earner" and would pass on my concerns. She said that "several calls " had been made to try to contact me. This is a lie. There is only 1 missed call on my phone, which I returned immediately. No-one there could find out who had tried to call me. That was over 2 weeks ago. I still havent been told how much I have been charged and how much has been put into our bank.As you can imagine it is a very stressful time for us and this treatment of a fee paying client is disgraceful. I would think very carefully about using this company.

Paige Noble and her team are a breath of fresh air to deal with. They are friendly, professional, extremely thorough and leave you with peace of mind that all boxes are being ticked and all queries are being resolved. Jacksons-law have an impressive array of industry-recognised awards in their reception. I moved house in late 2023 and Paige and her team (including (please advise if I’ve left anyone out) Megan Galloway, Katie Oliver, Elenor Homer)) helped smooth out this quick move.
