Avoid this company

Ordered a car air freshener said it was posted never received it the photo they have sent on the email is the wrong photo. Have emailed them and messaged them but no answer. A waste of money as never received the product. Beware of this company total rubbish

Love it

I love the air freshener I received and it smells amazing. Put it in my car and every time I open the door it smells of fizzy cola bottles. Smells much better than more expensive ones I have purchased and these didn’t have the added bonus of my cat & dog printed on them to make me smile every time I look at it.

Delivery did take a bit of time, but then again there was a postal strike which has probably held things up.

This company is a joke

This company is a joke, I placed an order for a car freshener, told me it had shipped, my confirmation stated the picture on the air freshener to not be what I had ordered, I emailed them back and like all other people it said I would have a reply within 24hrs, this has yet to happen & nor has the air freshener been delivered.. my o/n is 130820 if someone from the company would like to either send me my order or give me a refund.. many thanks..

Avoid, go to a different company!

I placed my order through One Eye Jack, whose webpage is also called Jacks Prints.
This company’s way of conducting business beggars belief! Their online storefront is fine, no worse than the myriad other companies offering the car air freshener service.
The sales process from order to despatch seems completely uncoordinated and a mystery even to themselves.
But trying to contact them is almost impossible. Via their contact page an automated response tells the customer they are v busy and will respond in 24 hours. They dont. At all.
The advertised phone number just rings out with no recorded message identifying them as the company nor function to leave a message. It seems as if it is the home phone in the hallway.
I eventually managed to goad someone into a response via FB Messenger, but their customer services response was breathtakingly deplorable.
My order did eventually arrive and was OK, but this really seems to me to be a back bedroom/garage operation and based on the FB responses run single handedly by either a teenager or someone with little real world experience who should enrol in Customer Service 101.
If you must order from this company, pay via credit card not debit card, at least then you can get your money back!
Such a pity.

Great little product

Delivery a little slow but the air freshener is good. A pic of my little dog printed on it so it’s looks great and makes me smile when I look at it.

What a rubbish product

What a rubbish product. Don't waste your money, buy a cheap air fresher, and print off a poor quality picture on your home printer and stick it to the air fresher. And hey presto, that's what you would get from Jacksprints.co.uk

Very poor communication!

Very poor communication!
Order hadn’t arrived, emailed and rang the company and took a few days to reply. Said they posted last week Thursday, and nothing had turned up by the weekend, emailed on Sunday and no reply! Product arrived this morning.
Left a negative review on Facebook, but that was deleted!
Wouldn’t order again, more hassle than it’s worth

AVOID! Ordered an air freshener as a gift waited over a week and still hadn't been dispatched. Sent an email complaining and received one back asking for my address and then receive another saying it's been dispatched. Days pass by and still nothing so complained again and got my money back. No explanation what happened or anything. Wish I read all the other awful reviews on here first. Complete joke of a company.

I order 2 personalised car air fresheners for my partners birthday which is at the end of this month and on the 8/7/22 got a confirmation email and then on the 12/7/22 got a email to say it’s on its way. Says it’s going to take 2 to 5 working days and still has not come. Really poor customer service, don’t reply back to emails and don’t bother calling as they don’t answer! If they want to be a decent company then they need to sort it out as this is ridiculous.

Awful company

Awful company. I ordered an air freshener from them at the beginning of May. It never arrived. No response to emails or Facebook messages, where they blocked me!. No one answers the phone when trying to contact them.. absolutely SCAM! Do not buy anything from this company.

21/07/22 edit.. in reply to Jacksprints response. They did NOT reply to all my emails. They sent standard responses saying I would get a reply in 24-48 hours but NOTHING else. Do not believe anything this company says.

Order not arrived

I have been emailing and messaging you but no response just automated reply saying you will be in contact, I placed an order on 2nd July order number #118024 after 5 days it hadn't arrived, I messaged on the 7th to say it hadn't arrived and received a message from you saying it had been dispatched on the 6th, it is now the 14th and guess what still no order, I emailed you again yesterday and messaged on Facebook but again no reply. Not very good service really, is it. This was meant as a present.

Neutral and disappointed ☹️

I purchased from this company then had an issue I have tried emailing them or even commented under my sisters comment saying this was the company that she was telling me about for them to remove my comment and block me I’m not somebody to give a bad review but they don’t like the fact that I put that they need to update their customer care skills I just needed an answer to a question and they declined to do this so okay I will be telling my friends not to bother using this company again **one eye Jack* selling delivery all Good customer after-care zero “ SAD “
Company response is to ask you to check your spam box and email them I’ve emailed them twice they say they get back to you within 24 hours.
But still waiting since 16th it’s a joke !

Never received order

Ordered on May 21st and have never received my order. Have emailed the company twice and messaged them on social media but never received a response. They’ve even got the check to send me an email to review my products, which is a bit difficult when they never arrived.

Loved it! But hold on, no smell after an hour. Contacted but zero response, so commented on their insta, they blocked me. Commented on fb, also been blocked on there.
Obvs just some jumped up pri** working from his shed. I notice similar experience from these reviews huh. Ah pity

It’s a gift so not opened but looks…

It’s a gift so not opened but looks great. Price is value for money for such a unique item. Delivery took 11 days in total. There customer service is terrible I asked another client on their Facebook page how long their’s took to arrive as mine had gone down over 7 days, next think I know I’m BLOCKED. They don’t respond to emails either.
