Never recieved item, Poor service!!!
Made my first order as a present. £1 shipping discount used. The order never arrived! Originally made the order on the 17th July. Received email 26th July to say the address was incorrect. I used PayPal to submit my order with. Never had problem with PayPal to say incorrect addresses. ( house number missing before) ironically it does with this company. Given it was my first order I really looking forward to it, few friends were waiting for mine to arrive before they could order theirs.
Poor attitude of customer service! Open dispute with PayPal, pending decision!
FYI- PayPal favoured my dispute, full refunded!

As you have stated in your review, the house number was missing, we sent the item out to the address you supplied and Royal mail have returned this as it is an incomplete address. We can only work with the information supplied. We have tried to resolve this via email.
