Many thanks to Jen and the team for helping me find the correct replacement filters for my 12 year old Jacuzzi. Still going out of their way to help many years after the sale!

Had a new tub installed yesterday. Has never heated up. Engineer can't come out for a week.
Clearly not a priority for them. Extremely disappointed. They replied that they had an engineer booked for 1/8 which is simply a lie. The earliest appointment offered was Thursday the 3rd..a week after installation. And yes by then I will be on holiday.

Kyle was really helpful is resolving our Hottub problem quickly and easily.

Kyle visited to fix a thermostat problem on warrenty. He was on time, courteous, happy to talk about the tub and fixed the problem and checked the tub over. Happy tp recommend him and Jacuzzi Worcestershire. This is the 2nd tub I have had from them and you do get what you pay for - best tubs on the market!

I ordered a cover lifter to replace my damaged one and the free replacement (under warranty) was hand delivered by the store manager, who also arranged for it to be fitted … brilliant service …

Delivered the hot tub with damage to the back. A hole in the plastic shell.
Keypad scratched. Internal shell scratched. Sent an engineer to replace keypad- arrived late with the wrong key pad.
Took over a week after delivery to deliver the chemical starter kit.
Damaged our bricks on the drive on delivery.
Have made a formal complaint to get all issues rectified- still waiting for a reply.
Terrible customer service and follow up.

Visited Jacuzzi at Webbs Wychbold as thinking of purchasing a hot tub. My husband and I found that the information given to us by Jen and her team very informative and reassuring, they were extremely helpful and nothing was to much trouble. We will definitely go back.

Just been to the Jacuzzi store at Webbs in Bromsgrove for some new filters and supplies for my 10 year old J335. Jen and her team are always friendly and know who I am and what tub I have even after all this time, which is refreshing for people to remember you and to take the time to reflect on small details about family, home etc. The tub has been great and had so much use by the whole family. We are hoping to move house this year and think we will treat ourselves to a new one when we do as we certainly know it will have plenty of use.

We ordered our new Jacuzzi Sept 2021, was delivered beginning of December 2021. We had a hot tub before, so we were just exchanging really and down sizing. We love our Jacuzzi and luckily every thing has been good, although we have been using chemicals from old tub and re-ordering them from our old supplier too. We know its time for a service but no one has contacted us to see how we're getting for the whole 12 months. Wasn't made clear if Jacuzzi organise the annual service. I have tried calling both Central Hub and our Local Dealer. Then the email came to write a review, coincidence!

Bought a J315 from Jen at the Webb’s store about 8 years ago the hot tub is still going really well and Jen and the other ladies there are very friendly and helpful when I pop in for supplies. And winters the best time of year to use it ..just wear a hat!

Great customer service in helping me to quickly resolve a technical fault - I was worried that I may be without the tub for Xmas, but Jennifer (Jacuzzi - Webbs) kindly 'made some calls' and sorted a technician who came out the same day - he was a great guy too, quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it - all working again! So very impressed with both the prompt response and service received.

Really helpful from start to finish. Came out to look at the intended location, worked with us on our requests on fitting the cover lifter (due to us choosing a relatively tight location for the tub) and delivered on the date promised. We have really enjoyed our 425 sofar and we are certainly glad that we bought it. Highly recommend.

The Jacuzzi itself is pretty good, but the ordering of spares/supplies is a nightmare! I paid out the better part of £20k for the J475. A really good all round tub, but when it arrived, I had ordered it with Bromine, but the starter pack hadn't arrived. I was told one would be sent out immediately. It arrived about a week later, by which time, I, as a novice in the world of spa maintenance, had a nightmare getting the water perimeters to balance. Something that I now am sure was down to leaving it so long before being able to treat. Not the best start! To continue, I arranged to have a replacement set of filters to make filter changes easier as one set can be removed, cleaned and then allowed to dry, whilst the other set is installed. This set took approximately three months to arrive! Not the service you expect when purchasing a £20k product! It is such a shame as it would otherwise be a pretty good experience. The sales team were nice and the delivery guys did a superb job. All let dowrn by their supply issues. The other issue is one that I'm sure most other hot tub owners (no matter what the brand) will experience in the current climate and that is running costs! I new it was going to be fairly expensive, but I'm currently spending approximately £200 per month on electricity, just for the Jacuzzi alone! That's not even in the winter months as I have shut it down for the winter. In summery, a great product and by far the most comfortable one I could find on the market for me, but expensive to run and a nightmare with getting supplies. Make sure you stock up on chemicals, filters etc. and just have your eyes open when purchasing one of these. I should also note that I have sustained a severe spinal trauma and I have an auto immune condition called Ankylosing Spondylitis, both of which cause me a lot of joint pain, that is why I bought this specific model. For this purpose, it has been great, however, frustratingly, I am worse in the winter months but am unable to use the tub. Obviously not Jacuzzi's fault but I will need to get it under cover in order to get longer use out of it and in turn more pain relief.
Update in response to Jacuzzi's reply:
I was using the Jacuzzi store website and the in store route for both the chemicals and the filters. All of which were delayed as stated above. I still stand by the fact that when ordering a nearly £20k product, one would expect it to be useable from the day of delivery, i.e. all the chemicals to be with the tub! Once you realised the error, you should have made sure it was all there the next day! Whilst I also understand that the pandemic, etc., have been an issue for all, how long are companies going to continue using this excuse? If you sell an expensive product, you should ensure it can be used to its full potential! It is unacceptable to supply the main item and then not look after customers once you have their cash! I have also noticed that you have increased the price of all products. Will this ensure supply on demand???

I purchased the Jacuzzi J225 last year and had it delivered in August 2021. The whole family was so excited when it arrived and absolutely loved it for the first few days.
It wasn’t long before problems started. First issue we had was a temperature sensor that failed, resulting in an unusable tub as it shuts down for safety reasons. I quickly phoned Jacuzzi to make use of their warranty. It took them a whole month to send an engineer round to investigate (this should have been our first warning).
The temperature sensor was replaced. For a couple of weeks after it was working, however that didn’t last long - this time the flow switch broke once again rendering the tub unusable. Engineer came round and replaced the flow switch under warranty.
This time the fix lasted just a few days and the pump stopped working. Same engineer came back round and replaced what he described as “the brains of the tub” and advised if this didn’t fix the issue, nothing would.
Once again the fix only lasted a few days and it was broken. At this point I had had enough and told them I had lost faith in the tub and I wanted it replaced as it was clearly not fit for purpose. They fought against a replacement for a very long time but eventually they agreed. I did ask if a different model could be supplied as I had lost faith but I was told that “You should be grateful it is being replaced at all”.
Eventually a new tub was delivered, if you have ever had one delivered you will know this isn’t a simple job and involved us removing fence posts and dismantling parts of the garden to get it in - so we didn’t do this out of choice.
Anyway new tub was received and we were finally happy……until it broke again! This time the temp sensor failed again. When I question the quantity of part failures with jacuzzi I am just told “it’s a mechanical device, parts will fail every now and again”.
So they replaced the temp sensor and all was good for a few weeks…until this evening when we get an error to say the temp sensor has failed yet again and the tub is unusable. Luckily, if you can call it that, an engineer is already scheduled to come round on Friday to fit a smart connection kit that we were given as compensation for all the previous inconveniences, so hopefully it will be replaced quickly.
So in summary we had the Jacuzzi for 10 months and had to have the following repairs/engineer visits:
Temp sensor replaced (original tub)
Flow switch replaced (original tub)
Main board replaced (original tub)
Whole hot tub replaced
Temp sensor replaced (new tub)
Temp sensor broke again (new tub)
Admittedly we have been given an extended warranty and some other accessories as compensation for our troubles, but they’re not really any use when it’s been broken for longer than it’s worked!
We paid a premium for a Jacuzzi brand hot tub with less features than competitors, on the understanding they were market leaders and reliable. I have found they are anything but this.
So if you want my advice, if you’re in the market for a hot tub stay away from Jacuzzi, you won’t get the quality and reliability they say you will. You will be better off spending the same money on a different brand and coming away with something higher spec - it certainly can’t be any worse than what jacuzzi have to offer.

Awesome experience, we were initially undecided between Jacuzzi and another brand but the sales experience was so good. Emma from Droitwich branch help with all our questions, and there was a lot. The wet test sealed the deal and as we needed to build a new patio to sit the tub on, we were given the option to secure with a deposit and deliver once our garden was ready.
I Would recommend highly to anyone considering to look at the brand and the experience
