Installation team were FANTASTIC. Worth every penny - on-time, professional, careful with garden & getting into the cabin, thorough, had excellent system for fast-fill & very personable. Well done Boys. Its early days on tub as having a few issues with the touch controls and app having intermittent fault but the retail's service team will sort it out quickly I hope, then it can move to 5 stars. Andy very responsive with suggestion for fix & offer of tec support ( Sunday response!) Hot tub itself is excellent, replacing a much bigger 8 seater Master spa , 20+ years old and a tough act to follow, but so far its a much better size for two of us, should be much lower running cost as lower volume & better insultation, infra red/red light an interesting addition which hopefully we will benefit from, plus the UV system to reduce chemicals is much appreciated - kinder on skin & environment. Its so good to be pain-free and to totally relax. This would still be my Desert Island one luxury & the last one to forgo, even better than Chocolate & Prosecco!
