The first one installed was cracked at the bottom, with water flooding our hard standing atea and had to be replaced - fortunately on the same day but unfortunately putting our landscaper back a day which was critical just before Christmas. When the second one was set up our installer added far too much chlorine so it was unusable for 4 full days - it would have been longer if I didn’t remove the floating chlorine dispenser. Overall very disappointed but hopefully when we use it more we will forget the delivery/install episode

Absolutely over the moon with our Jacuzzi J-335 and the whole process (from initial visit to Jacuzzi Hertfordshire, the home visit to check all was in place, the delivery day (lovely team - polite, courteous, neat and tidy and good at their job!) all the way through to the first use that evening!). Monitoring the tub daily as advised has meant that we have got the tub functioning correctly to our use in less than a week (we did have an inflatable spa first so kind of knew what to do). Having now had the tub in situ and operating for around a week, we have had plenty of time to try out all the features. We have the Smart-tub App also and have started up the jets via our phone and via Alexa! We have tried out all the seats between us and definitely have our "go-to" favourites, but we rotate around all the seats during our session. Each seat gives you a different massage/experience. The lights when it is dark adds a really lovely relaxing feeling too. The sound system in the tub is awesome!! The remote allows you to operate the levels for optimum listening! We have even had the sounds on when just sitting in the garden - it's like having a massive jukebox outside! We have our first cleaning session coming up tomorrow and we feel fully informed on what to do from the guidance given by Jacuzzi Hertfordshire. We also have a short break away coming up so will be using the "away" function on the tub together with the chlorine "feeder" which should keep the tub ready for our return. We shall be using the App to boost the temperature when we are on our way home so that as soon as we are unpacked we can jump in it! Many hours have already been whiled away in the tub and we are so happy that we made our purchase! My partner probably could have done with the next size up as he is over 6ft, however, I am only 5'4" so the J-335 was our compromise otherwise I think I would need a booster seat! Maybe in 3 years we might upgrade and I we will have no hesitation in using Jacuzzi again. Highly Recommended - 5 stars aren't really enough, could probably do with one more!

We are really pleased with our purchase. Steve the sales person at Bents Garden was very friendly and helpful. We've been back to see him since our purchase and he's still pleased to see us and help with any questions we have. The installation team and crane team were very professional and friendly. There's nothing better than getting into the warm water, turning on the pumps, sitting back, relaxing and watching the night sky. The product is good but you need the whole package of good product, good sales and installation team - we think we got the full package.

I absolutely love this jacuzzi! I am sleeping better, my body has less aches and pains and I have an all round feeling of well being. I love how each seat does different things, all the way from the feet to shoulders to the neck. 🫶🏻😊

We chose the J-335 for hydrotherapy as my wife has had many operations on her back and it is just fantastic. It has many different massage options and one of the best things is that the jets are very adjustable to suit high and low pressure. Feels very luxurious, so pleased we bought it!

I am 6'2" and prviously had Arctic Spa Ergonomics of seats not suitable Lounger not working at all. Seat pillows at shoulder height not head height. Aesthetics good
