We looked at various hot tub options but liked this for the superior quality plus the customer care is exceptional. It was a bit more expensive but it’s such an investment you want to get it right. Nothing was too much trouble, Rebecca Allinson was patient and helpful throughout and we are now looking forward to relaxing in it! Would definitely recommend this model and the brand. Great experience from the sales to the installation teams.
Shopped around every manufacturer and dealer until we dropped. Found nothing to suit our needs. Happened across Euphoria Lifestyle in West Sussex and met Jacuzzi expert Frank Gocke. Frank provided detailed information on the product and highlighted why Jacuzzi is second to none. Didn’t want to make the decision immediately so drove away and started to discuss what we’d heard 15 minutes later on the way home we called Frank and placed our order.

Lovely just what we wanted
An absolutely fantastic hot tub. My first time using one and I have been in it non stop since it arrived. Thank you Jacuzzi.
Great bit of kit and installed by a very helpful company (Bedford Jacuzzi)
Two faults in the past 5 months,two speakers were connected wrong, and the flow pump needed replacing. But the service from Jacuzzi at Frosts Garden ct. was 100% Ann and the team were excellent. Came out on both occasions within 24 hrs and completed both jobs. Would highly recommend them.apart from this the quality of the hot tube is very good.
Had the tub for nearly 3 years … been a good tub … recently waterfall broke(fixed under warranty)…pillows started to fall apart but expect that…The most disappointing thing was all the speakers perished…we replaced to a cost of £240…we were told it was the gasses between water and lid … maybe any tub sold with speakers should have a self venting lid or a manual operated vent so not to lift lid up all the time and let that precious heat out.
The lounger jets under the leg calf is weak. I need the power directed to the lounger with the air on to have any affect. I cannot lay in this lounger it is too small!

2nd Jacuzzi and quality of product and hydrotherapy experience is excellent. Went for the lounger in the 335 and find the trickle jets on the legs not really effective; could do with more power as you can hardly feel them
Very well make quality hot tub. All the buttons and switches are solid and of good quality. Not overly complicated and it is quiet even with the jets and pumps on. Really pleased with it.

Very pleased so far with the J-335, pleanty of seat options, good build quality and easy to clean/maintain. Only had it for a couple of weeks so cannot award 5 stars yet!
