We ordered a 335IJ but we're told 36 hours to delivery with the crane booked and paid for that it hadn't arrived, As it was my daughters birthday that week and she was having a party we had to settle for the 335. I find this strange considering ships and containers are monitored 24hrs a day. Within 2 days we discovered a leek and the engineer came out and ordered a part. We have had the tub 3 weeks and are still waiting for a part. It's just disappointing that such a prestigious company drops the ball.

Couldn't wet test due to covid. Overall very happy, lounger feels like it needs an extra 2 jets lower down on the back. Only 3 cup holders seems a bit of an oversight. The control layout is slightly counterintuitive. It doesnt look like there is an easy way to stop the exterior lights coming on automatically. All in these are really quite minor quibbles and on the whole we are very pleased with the purchase. Value for money: This was an expensive investment! You can buy tubs a lot cheaper than this, but when I did my research I found a lot of info that suggested that the cheaper brands did not last and have reliability issues. so if this one does last, and proves reliable... then it is great value. But only time will tell.
Just goy my hot tub from Bedford Hot tubs at Populars Garden Centre. Very professional team and very helpful. Good service from local company. Nothing is too much trouble, would highly recommend.

Stereo failed after18 months told not covers on warranty
It is in generally a lovely jacuzzi but have only had for 4 months and the heat sensor has gone and now can’t use, jacuzzi are waiting for the parts to come in so not sure when we will next be able to use it
Unfortunately we’re still awaiting the repair to weak jets in the lounger and still not received, 3 months after installation the remote control for the Bluetooth system. We wet tested this tub fully as our friends have exactly the same one. Our jets are NO WHERE NEAR as powerful, in fact in their tub I had to divert the power as I could only just hold myself into the seat. I’m now a stone lighter and even if I divert all the power to my seat it’s not the best.
Very pleased with this superb product, seamless delivery and installation. Very informative handover and manuals and so easy to use. We are delighted!

Whilst the Hot Tub is a luxury item ti has met and exceeded our expectations - the support received from Charlotte and the Team has been fantastic as there is a lot take in!! If you have any joint ailments or sporting injuries then this is the tub for you - highly recommend
The tub emptied itself completely on two occasions because the pipes underneath were not attached correctly. There is still a slow leak on the right hand side causing the water level to continually reduce.

We have had issues from day 1 with split pipes, lights not working and jets dropping in power. But once fixed couldn’t be happier. Just wish it had more internal lights.
