Great looking hot tub.Seems very well made and fittings and multiple therapeutic jets work very well. Good choice of colours available . Smart exterior cabinet and high quality cover that stays really clean and keeps the heat in , fantastically well. Easy to program and care for. Good flow from fountain and lighting very pretty and soothing in the evenings. Music c/o great quality speakers. Only negative is that it supposed to be relatively quiet (as we were aware of the possibility of neighbour noise intrusion )It isn’t as quiet as we had hoped but I suppose there are a lot of jets in this model so should expect some noise from that. Having said that neighbours say is fine. Also having the control panel directly on the area you hold and step into jacuzzi is I think a design fault , as a few times I have pressed the controls as I have climbed in. However once in plenty of room for everyone to stretch out comfortably. I would highly recommend this model if you can get one.

Absolutely love our Jacuzzi best purchase ever! Supposed to go to Disney in Florida but cancelled due to Covid so we literally took the plunge and bought a jacuzzi instead. No regrets whatsoever and given us so much joy through a difficult period. Can’t wait until we can actually invite friends and family round to enjoy it too. Actually glad we didn’t go to Disney now! Can’t recommend it enough!

Product arrived 15th October. All installed and looking good to go, all tested, Jacuzzi 335IP. Bluetooth speakers tested and all very impressive. Unfortunately that's were it all started to go wrong..... Firstly i got in the next day and excited to connect the bluetooth speakers found I couldn't. Now I had seen this working the day before, so tried and tried, but nothing. The bluetooth could not be found. So I spoke to sales and they passed it on to Jacuzzi (still waiting to be fixed - now in Feb21). A couple of weeks later one of the headrests came off, I thought it had just slipped off, no problem they are designed to be taken off - right? Wrong I was surprised that the reason it had come off so easily was because the plastic holding bolts had sheared off - I have only ever seen this happen on very old plastic. Wasn't this meant to be brand new? Yes I know surely you applied ridiculous force to make this happen? Not at all as my family will testify I was treating the new addition with obsessive care. So now still waiting to be fixed several months after purchase, it cant get worse can it? Oh yes it can....the electrics in my whole house kept going off, I couldnt figure it out for about 2hrs until I eventually turned off the hot tub trip.......yep you guessed it there is a fault with the wiring to the hot tub. Well i guess I can't blame Jacuzzi for this can I? Surely its the wiring and water got in somewhere it has been cold and wet right? Wrong. Full insulation test from the electrician on the wiring, without a load (i.e. not connected to the hot tub) no problem at all. That is, the problem is with the hot tub. We originally couldn't work out why the house electrics were tripping every 5 minutes, now I can only guess its a heating element or some sort in the hot tub. So overall what a dreadful experience, this is meant to be a top end company with top end goods. I am left to wonder whether i have just been incredibly unlucky or did Jacuzzi sacrifice quality in the push for profits and now me and other unsuspecting customers are paying the price.

Love this Jacuzzi, the jets are fantastic and easy to control. Recent snow has sat on the top and not melted so the insulation is really good. Really relaxing and the speakers are OK but obviously difficult to hear with the jets on. Fantastic so far

We bought the hot tub for indoor room.. the order was taken and delivered within 4-5 weeks.. the delivery was delayed and wasn’t received until some 16 weeks later.. The hot tub had some cosmetic damage, scratches etc which replacement order created.. mismatch of filter cover.. the biggest issue was the faulty head pillows which caused leakages.. having to mop the floor every morning and night. This was exaggerated due to being indoors. Please carefully consider before purchasing Jacuzzi hot ton for indoor usuage..!!

Great Product, slightly on the expensive side but I understand why with the build quality is fantastic. Negatives 1, The step in and out of the tub isn't very well designed its a large step stepping down into tub 2 Bluetooth speaker system always ends up under water because of there speaker position so I muffles the music. 3, filter box always comes loose and rattles.
