This is my second hot tub from jacuzzi and it’s snug improvement on my 18 year old one. Great build quality and lots of new features. Very happy with tub and installation from Powerpools in Carmarthen. Would recommend both. AAA.
We have waited 30 years to have our own 'proper' hot tub. This has exceeded our expectations, it's stylish, easy to maintain and is just brilliant. We love it.

The product is well made: the USER controls and the Filteration was the only disappointment on what is the latest version. Above aside: a great place to be after a hard days work.

Love this hot tub.. the lighting the jets and drinks holders just make it and being sat in this in the evenings at 40 degrees is an added bonus after a long day at work

Poor customer service from jacuzzi and constant breakages
This size is great for friends & family to us
It’s not cheap, best price probably 9k delivered but then you have the electrical feed to sort, probably the pergola and other bits and pieces. Probably about 12k or more when finished but - how good is that tub. It is well finished, well insulated so not a fortune to heat. Looks real pretty and best of all, a dream to use. We use ours almost every day. It’s a place to totally unwind.

It’s excellent, powerful and easily adjust power up and down , and with so many jets gives all over massage and the actual jets can be adjusted too, so easy.Has fitted radio, 12 different led coloured lights around the jacuzzi. Love it.
