We took are time to find the Hot tub to suit us, and we kept coming back to Jacuzzi. We new it would be an investment and love using it every day. With all the different jets hubby and i can target our own issues, and this has helped my joints as i have arthritis and hubby has shoulder issues. Love our tub - thank you

Excellent purchase and fabulous service from Phil and team at Jaccuzi Manchester (Bents Garden Centre), Arrived in March 2020 a week before lockdown, so very pleased to get one of the first new J-335 models. Love the new style horizontal facia cladding and LED corner lighting. All of the features working well and the maintenance routines and cleaning products are easy to use. The bluetooth speaker system is excellent and compliments the internal LED lighting. The hydraulic lift cover is very simple and makes opening and closing very simple and when ope provides a useful back windbreak. Jacuzzi Manchester also recommended suitable electrician to provide a dedicated 32 amp RCD supply and isolator switch and also a contractor to "Hiab" lift the jacuzzi into the garden which required skill and expertise given our garden location.

It is a great product. We have enjoyed using it every day since it was commissioned. However I would like to have more features to manage the lights especially the corner lights. In the U.K. there is daylight saving and the light could be flexibly programmed for operating times.

Great hot tub, and fantastic after care service, always at the end of the phone or visit me for any help and delivering cleaning products. I took out the gold plan which was worth the money with what we get too.

We love it, the only negative is the jets for your legs/feet on the left front and right rear seats appear to operate on the opposite sides to the jets for your body, so you end up with both sides always on.

This is our second Jacuzzi hot tub and we certainly made the right choice. We were looking for something with more powerful jets to give a deeper massage and we thought that we would go for one with a lounger this time. The J335 is everything we were looking for and more. The only small criticism I have is it only has 3 drinks holders and when we have a friends over for a dip, someone has to hold their wine! C'est la vie! A small price to pay.
