From the start, Anne and Colin made us feel really at ease. There was no hard sell and we were left to browse until we needed some advice. We decided on a J335 Jacuzzi model as it had the infrared lights for my back. Anne came round before the delivery to see where it was going and to check that it would lift over the house ok. The install was seamless and we were shown what did what and were told , if we needed any additional help to just call. All in all a brilliant company to deal with.

I had a problem that I needed to get some bromine granules, but there were none available. The lady I spoke to understood that I would have to pay double the amount in postage as I needed the steps straight away. She helped me by giving me a voucher.

Fantastic support and customer care. Spoke to James who dealt with our issue promptly and professionally. He also then helped us with our maintenance for our J-335 which is what was causing the issues from the onset. Highly recommend

I ordered my hot tub from but was let down by my paving being cancelled which put a hold on delivery. The staff there gave me a number of a guy called Martin who came and did a brilliant job of laying it.
The staff at Jacuzzi Manchester, Mark, Phil and Steve were all very helpful, friendly and patient from me ordering it to it being delivered. Great guys. Thank you.

Engineer was John, he was superb. He quickly identified what the problem was (faulty pump) and replaced it. He also fixed the bottom rail of our tub. Highly recommended!

Had a problem with my order. Tried to change it after 5 minutes. It took 2 days to get through after sending emails , filling in the inline form. Leaving voice mails. I now have to reject the order when it is delivered. Not great
