Absolutely delighted with our Jacuzzi® installation! The whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish. The installation team were fabulous – nothing was too much trouble, and they were incredibly friendly and polite. The demonstration was clear and helpful, and the lads are a real credit to the company. Highly recommend!

We recently bought the J-435 Jacuzzi Hot Tub from Jacuzzi Manchester, and we’ve been really impressed with the whole experience.
From the first visit to the showroom, the team were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help us find the right model without ever being pushy. They clearly knew their stuff and made the whole process feel easy and straightforward.
The pre-sales support was excellent – all our questions were answered promptly, and we always felt kept in the loop. Installation was smooth and well organised, and the team made sure we were comfortable with how everything worked before they left.
What’s really stood out, though, is the aftercare. It’s been reassuring to know we can call or email with any questions, and the follow-up has been just as good as the initial service.
The hot tub itself has been a brilliant addition to our home – a great place to unwind and relax. We’re really pleased we chose both the J-435 and Jacuzzi Manchester.

Darren is a breath of fresh air.
The appointment was booked for 3 July (few days before my twin sisters birthday on 4 July who are coming down from Coventry that weekend with the rest of my family as I’m entertaining them in my house in Chingford).
I received a call today where he told me he was in the area and he could slot me in if I was about which I gladly grabbed the opportunity to get it done 3 weeks prior as that would be one less thing I needed to sort out.
Bish bash bosh he was in and out in a heartbeat and changed my Clear Ray bulb showed be why the water was not coming out as fast on one side because a switch I was not activating and the pump was fine which was a relief.
Overall that morning visit is the best bit of luck I’ve had in a while so well done Darren you’ve made my day.

My Jacuzzi J375 has just pasts its standards manufacturers warranty date so I called to book an engineer to come and visit me I as I need to change the clear ray bulb before weekend of 5 July as I have 15 of may my family members coming to see me from the Midlands (my twin sisters birthday born on 4 July) and hopefully if the weather hold out it would be good.
I called and spoke to a very helpful man who said he would get it booked in for 3 July and he would end me an email to confirm the pricing. However I then received an email from him explaining that he booked the appointment and it was going to be free as a gesture of goodwill to which literally put a smile on my face as I wasn't expecting that.
Clearly this man is a dying breed.. Jacuzzi need to embrace him as he is creating serious goodwill with Jacuzzi devoted customers.

The jet nozzle chrome trim was delivered quickly and while it would be expensive to replace all five at once, just one needed replacing. The Jacuzzi runs perfectly after 30 years, with just one repair in that time caused by forgetting there was a cutoff protection and thinking the pneumatic switch was broken when it was not.

I’ve had a great experience recently with Jacuzzi UK. Both James, in the head office, and our technician Daren have been brilliant, very deserving of the 5 star review. Our issues were resolved quickly and both James and Daren really know their stuff as well as being helpful, responsive and friendly. I’m keeping them on fast dial incase of further issues with our tub.

So happy with our new Jacuzzi, wished we'd got it years ago! Steve and Phil at Bents were really helpful and talked us through how to do everything, Steve kept us well informed when it was coming etc and also arranged the crane for us. All delivered and installed exactly as promised. Great service...highly recommend them.

I have 3 faults with my hottub.
I have called 3 times
I have emailed twice
All I have to show for this is an incident number.
No-one at Jacuzzi will pick the phone up and respond to me.
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had to endure.
This is the third breakdown in 3 years.
If this is a luxury product then god helps us.
If only there were negative stars

James at Jacuzzi customer care has helped me navigate the chemical issues and provided product quickly when needed. The teething problems with our new swim spa were resolved quickly when our supplier let us down. I will continue to contact James as and when issues arrives due to his efficiently and attitude.
