Firstly, the company my wife and I purchased your product from (Outdoor Living) have been absolutely brilliant.
However, your product was delivered with a leak due to an ill fitting pipe into the pump. Also, the side of the tub was chipped.
Unless I am mistaken, providing such a product would have you putting in place robust quality control and a wet test before giving it the 'thumbs up' ?

Steve was great at discussing the various options. His focus was to help with our decision, he did not come across as being sales driven. The time we spent at Jacuzzi was enjoyable and informative. We decided upon the Jacuzzi 435, the delivery and installation was straightforward and exactly as described. We have only just started to enjoy using the hot tub, and can confirm it delivers a great relaxing experience. Cant understand why we have not done this sooner.

We got our new jacuzzi from Hydrolife Hot tubs and they have been brilliant. From the guy at the showroom to the lady dealing with the ordering and paperwork. The chap that came out to survey our property to ensure delivery was possible and check all the electric and safety features were adequate. Having got numerous other branded hot tubs in the past which have failed for one reason or another, we are hoping the jacuzzi brand will deliver many years of comfort and joy.

Response to issues is poor.
No longer able to speak to a human being by telephone as Jacuzzi have recently changed telephone options. Customer service option is just a long 'blah, blah' blah' on a loop. Only other option is for trade.
We have been 'sent around the houses' and still not received a proper response. Very poor for what was a great company.

Despite a last minute cancellation on the cover being fitted due to sickness the company quickly arranged another date. Not quite as quick as I'd hoped for but these things happen. Both driver who delivered the cover and the fitters the following week were all very nice and respectful of our home. We had opted for a new cover as our old pvc/leather one had deteriorated and was exceptionally heavy. The new black material covers are more effective and lightweight which makes a huge difference.

AUGUST 2025 UPDATE
Here we are again 4 weeks since the last update - ZERO response from James Goodison the “senior” customer service rep.
Have sent an email now having organised to escalate this to the Citizens advice and also to a designated solicitor as they clearly aren’t interested in sorting the issues highlighted multiple times.
Jacuzzi do not care. I will not just “go away”.
JULY 2025 UPDATE
Monthly Jacuzzi customer care update regarding my experience:
Having finally received correspondence from Jacuzzi senior customer care advisor there seems to be baby steps being made towards a resolution. The fact remains that after 4 and a half years and a complete change of Jacuzzi I still continue to have a faulty product which will need constant repairs doing to it until a resolution is found.
Be aware that any Jacuzzi you buy if you have the rotational jets, they are a known fault and will perish and stop working over and over again until they release a new design. I did not buy a premium product to have to replace parts every few weeks/months. I am currently going through the process with help from a solicitor and trading standards in order to get a satisfactory resolution.
If you have a Jacuzzi with rotational jets, check them immediately. They will slow down and not spin and be useless over a short time.

Avoid Jacuzzi
Warning - do not buy a Jacuzzi unless you want constant hassle and engineer visits and a complete lack of compassion from customer service.
Purchased a J335 in early 2021, have had 4 years of problems and faults and issues which have been constantly returned resolved then unresolved. I have had the Jacuzzi changed for a brand new one and continue to have the same issues. Multiple temp sensors, circulation pumps, screen issues, badly fitted and broken side panels, damaged cover clips, and over 30 jets replaced where Jacuzzi have admitted fault that the circulated jets are going to keep being faulty until they change the design. Initial customer service is now non existent and I just get ignored every time I try to rectify an issue which is out of my control.
Treated appalling most recently after promise after promise of a resolution and just blatantly ignored when trying to be understanding and patient under the circumstances.
After 4 years of Jacuzzi ownership I’ve probably had a full working product for less than 12 months overall pieces together and after years of time wasted trying to rectify, my patience has ran out.
A product over £10k is not fit for purpose.
Do not buy from Jacuzzi. You have been warned.
Having had a jacuzzi for 18 years it was time to up grade. Ordered the J335 2025 series as it offered a range of new features. The delivery by the team was amazing the guys worked extremely hard on one of the hottest days of the year. The only downside was the product, it failed to live up to expectations with a fault in the internal and external lighting system. Waited for 3 weeks for a replacement part only to fined it was for the 2024 model. I’m hope we can get this sorted soon and not become an long term issue, especially as we are always reminded that Jacuzzi are the Rolls Royce of hot tubs.
