On fitting everything was explained, from keeping your water quality, and using the chemicals to how the machine works. And after sales contact if required.

I thought I had a problem with one of my jets, but they came out and sorted it straight away. They were so good. They explained everything else and explained everything else about the hot tub to me. Excellent service.

Initial sales from Bents top notch, however after sales and customer service leave a little to be desired.
Totally disappointed with what is supposed to be a premium product and as for the smart tub app , nobody seems to have a clue in the UK as to how it operates. Why have an app that does not work in all areas off the UK. I have asked for help with this but every time the response is “ oh we are not sure “. So much so I am now beginning to think I should have gone down the Lazy Spa route.

When I ordered this hose from Jacuzzi it was out of stock but was expected in about 6 weeks. On Tuesday 15 July I got an SMS text from DPD saying that my Jacuzzi parcel would be delivered later that day. There was a link which I hoped I could divert the parcel to a neighbour or delay the delivery until I get back from holiday on Friday 25 July. Unfortunately the link would not allow any change in the delivery at all. Now the link says “Your parcel has been delivered and received by OVER THE SIDE DOOR at 18:42 on Tue 15 Jul 2025” The parcel will be there now in all weather until I return from holiday. Not impressed.
Terrible after sales service, J19 Spa had leaks for 3 months took ages to put right. Panels on side peeling taking so far a year to sort out still ongoing. Pump stopped working been replaced. Rollaway cover mouldy, heavier and smelly on the underside still no replies to emails.
Delivery wasn’t made. I was in all day and had provided a safe place in case I wasn’t. Had a message to say I was out. I was not. No idea if product ok.
I'm disappointed as I ordered my jacuzzi chemicals on 02/07/25 9 days later still no delivery so I called and spoken to someone who told me how they are sorry they seen the order but hadn't dispatched they will get on with it straight away, now 5 days later and still no order, due to this huge delay we have not been able to use our tub as needed the chemicals.
Darren was absolutely fantastic today as usual. Him and John really do go the extra mile each and every time they service or clean our hot tub. It is such a shame that the Jacuzzi customer service does not match the level of service their engineers provide.

Very easy to order, prompt next day delivery.
Only issue i had was after i had placed order realised i needed to add some other items but would have had to do complete new order which would have charged £8.99 delivery.
