Really lovely products
Really lovely products. Bought the satin balloon pants and matching top. Delighted with them. Ordered a couple of sizes and had to deal with customer services who were super responsive and helpful. Would definitely purchase from Jaki again!

Love this sweater!
This is a gorgeous sweater. Nice weight. Not too thin. Not too thick. Just right! I bought the burgundy. Wore it to a business dinner and received many compliments. The color pops and the length is fantastic. Can dress it up, or down. Will likely be ordered other colors. Well done!

Had received adverts via Instagram and liked your clothes but by time I ordered one, out of stock. However you let me know when back in and still at the sale price which was great. I love the dress which arrived within 4 days and will not be being returned. Will certainly shop with you again and hope to visit your shop in Putney.

TOO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS
Received, in Australia, the Jaki London assymetrical top in XS Navy in less than two weeks. Arrived neatley folded in a cellophane bag inside a courier satchel and then inside a box. Very happy with the postage speed which was quicker than items posted to me within Australia.
Upon review of the inside label the fibre content is 50% Viscose, 27% Polyester and 23% Polyamide. The top is actually a knit "FABRIC" and although it feels soft and silky it is a drapery fabric so not worth what I paid. Disappointed that there are no care details on the label. Although I have tried the top on, I haven't actually worn it yet so I don't know how it will wear. I have another jumper with a similar fibre content and it has ended up looking a bit like felt so will be interesting to see if the same thing happens.
Will consider repurchasing in a different colour at a reduced price as it was just too expensive for what it is.
Although the label indicates that it was made in Italy, given there are no care details I question the authenticity of this.

The fabric composition is listed on the product page prior to purchase, and this particular knit blend is intentionally designed to feel exceptionally soft, breathable against the skin, naturally stretchy, and durable over time.
With correct care, it washes very well and is designed to remain a long-lasting wardrobe piece. We generally recommend a gentle cold wash or hand wash, drying flat, and avoiding high heat to preserve the softness and shape of the knit.
