Excellent service

Excellent service. Really useful for our business when we are not able to pick up the phone. Instead of answer machine the client has an opportunity to speak to somebody and leave the message. Highly recommended.

Entirely as expected!

I have used a number of telephone answering services over the years and JAM offers a smooth, consistent and proportionally priced service in a combination that is rare in this contented market.

A great backup for busy periods

We've used JAM as an answer service for over 5 years now and they provide a good service. Nowadays they are a backup for when all our agents are busy and then the phones go to them to take a message and let us know so we can respond. It works well and means no-one can't get through even at peak periods. We often get a "that was quick!" response.

I have used JAM's services for…

I have used JAM's services for double-digit years now and have to say they are simply the best at what they do. Efficient, speedy, always there when I can not be and cost effective.

I advise all my clients who need a real person to answer their phone calls when they are unavailable to use JAM and anyone of their amazing services.

I then teach my clients how to integrate them effectively in to their day-to-day business and operation.

I Highly recommend giving them a try.

Perfect for us

We've used Answer (part of JAM) for many, many years now. We are able to answer most calls during the office day, but it's good to know that they catch anything we miss. The big advantage for us is that also answer our calls outside of UK office hours. Since many of our clients are overseas - and in particualr in North America - that is very important to us. As a professional organisation, we need them to present us professionally with every call they take. As I said, we've used them for many, many years now withour a single instance where we didn't think that wasn't the case. Professional, reliable and easy to setup using their online system. Perfect.
