Looks like I was scammed. As soon as I saw the backpack I was very disappointed. Definitely not handcrafted or of high quality. Quality is not good. I feel so stupid.

This is literally a scam, the pictures are AI generated and they sell bags made on ali express or temu for 100x the price.
All reviews are made by AI, they have multiple sites all with different names and then they change the name whenever they are found out

This used to be Karen’s bags. What a scam I did not look into this before I bought what I got was cheap leather don’t even think it was real leather Don’t fall for this James Andrew it’s the same as Graces and Karen’s bag a major SCAM

If I could give them a 0 star I would. I ordered a bag. The used CJ Packet for their shipper. The tracking number only works on their website. I got a failed delivery status without any further attempts to deliver or set up a delivery date. Contacting the shipping company is fruitless and James Andrew does nothing but send you links to the tracking site that is unhelpful. Do not buy this.

This a 100% scam. Verified from multiple sources, they have their own positive reviews all generated from the same ChatGPT app as well. They have used AI generated pictures in the past before stating it was "Grace" genuine leather bags, and that was also shortly after shut down and stopped. Please destroy these people and their reputation in real life. They are the worst of the worst in decent online commerce and trading.

This is a scam, no reviews of their products and all the reviews are either AI generated or from a farm somewhere. The random image of some old man was a nice touch though. Looks like the guy from succession

I did not do my homework on this one and got scammed - I ordered the Leather Laptop Backpack and what I received was a cheaply made vinyl backpack that doesn't even look good enough to sell on temu. Don't fall for it !!!!

This is a scam! They take cheap Chinese imitations and tried to pass them off as genuine articles. You can probably find the same bags on Temu for 10% of what they charge from this site.

I haven’t purchased from them because the website seemed scammy and now that I read the one star review it’s confirmed. I never order from websites that do not provide a physical address on their contact page. I usually google map the address to make sure it’s legit.

Also as someone mentioned. The positive reviews were all a day or two apart. Ted flag.

Surely a scam. Trustpilot should take a closer look at the positive reviews on here. Many look like they were written by the same person (no punctuation or periods used after sentences) and they are all within a few days. The photos of "James Andrew" on the site look AI generated and the site is new, not one that has been in business for several years.

Don't waste your money!

Ordered a leather backpack from James Andrew thinking it was Canadian but found out quickly it was coming from Hong Kong. Anyway waited and finally arrived two week later and it was nothing like the pictures. It was very cheaply made and not even leather. Do Not Buy from them it is a total scam

It's a shame, the 750 dollar bag was 30 dollars from Alibaba!

Some of the product are really from website like the leather backup I look into it. There is another website with exact product photos which is Velden-craft. So be careful.

This bag came from China. Took over month to recive and is very poor quality. Don't buy from this company went to site and they lead to believe bags are made in USA and Mexico

it took a month to receive the product because it was from China finally got it, but was the wrong product the backpack cost 159.61 it would cost $300 to ship it back to China, and they refuse to give me my money back. family please do not spend your money with this Company the products are cheaper in other stores

Totally missed that this bag is made in the USA. It took 3 weeks to get here! Went through customs and has a tag inside that says made in China! So the bag is real leather, construction is good but don't mislead people that they are handcrafted when they are probably mass produced in China.

The bag they showed on their google ad was a heavy duty leather bag that looked very good. They sent me a horrible not leather bag and the ad made you think this company was American but it’s really a Chinese company putting a bait and switch into play. I started a claim with PayPal but they wanted me to send it back to China at my expense. Avoid this company like the plague

Total rip off. The bag they sent looked nothing like what I ordered. It was actually vinyl and not leather. Then they offered to refund me 20% rather than taking the return. Avoid avoid avoid

I kept getting bombarded by the obviously AI -generated image of a retiring bagmaker. It is obvious that the "80% off" stock was mass produced in China pretty rapidly. If the sellers of this stuff were honest it could be ignored but this is blatantly dishonest. So I'm doing my part with this review to warn others.
