Princess coat
Ordered the princes coat ,it arrived bundled up in a package like a jumper (for a £300 odd coat all be it reduced to £116 I found that odd ) also paying £116 I still had to pay £4 postage .
I've not opened the parcel yet but so far not that impressed
#edit I've now tried this cost on and I dono who does your sizing but it's got the arms on a size 18 and the body of a tent ..luxury clothing my left butt cheek

Poor customer service
Unfortunately I had to return this as it didn’t fit. However the reason for 1star is not for that reason but instead because I’ve returned the dress with proof of delivery but no refund received nor answers to my emails in regards to the return and refund request.

Excellent customer service, and a really beautiful dress. Very generous on the sizing on this particular dress, possibly suggest a size down!
