Richard and the JD team at Builth have been great in regards to a recent sale. Very happy with the service provided and straightforward sale.

James Dean Estate Agents have been extremely helpful, friendly and professional at all stages of our house sale. Both Richard and Lucy have gone above and beyond in bringing a probate sale to completion. I would have no hesitation in recommending them, an excellent service.

Over the years we have dealt with many Estate Agents. Most have been OK to a point while they are selling and after that they do not care and vanish - and that includes those you are paying lots of money to.
Lucy at James Dean is a breath of fresh air - just superb.
Nothing was a problem, always there to help and thanks to her completion probably happened a month earlier than it might and was quite easy.
Even after we got the keys she kept on helping.

If you need an Estate Agent then use James Dean if you can as if all agents were like Lucy at James Dean the poor reputation Estate Agents have would soon vanish.

Had an amazing experience with James Dean estate agent - We were the purchasers of a property they were selling and our contact with them was called Richard - he kept us up to date and well informed - whenever we needed information he acted immediately and kept us in the loop every step of the way and when we had any queries nothing was too much bother and even though we were new to the process so probably had more questions than most and kept us apprised every step of the way - he helped liase with all parties involved in the purchase and we cannot thank him enough :)

Excellent service from start to finish. I can not thank Richard enough for all his help selling our house. The photos and video were excellent, the sales literature was well written and the viewings were very organised. Once the sale was agreed Richard continued to support us and the buyer through to completion. Richard and the rest of the Builth team made the process of house selling much less stressful than I expected.

The whole team in Brecon were extremely helpful when I bought my first house with them, from the initial viewing to the aftercare... with David and Emily even coming up to help me find the old water pipes. I cannot rate them highly enough and given the choice I would always use them in the future!! Thanks James Dean Brecon :-)
