I recently visited JR and the experience was impressive from start to finish. After them having my car for a month for repair, they finally said it was ready. It was diagnosed with piston slap by a jaguar dealership, and the dealer denied this was a fault on the vehicle. It also needed a new adblue injector. This was done.
I went through to collect my vehicle and was automatically met with the salesman being rude and smug. He edged me out of the building as he had potential customers inside. He refused to give me my keys after multiple times of me asking for them. I gave them my car in an immaculate condition with 3/4 tank of diesel. When I got there, my car was absolutely filthy inside and out. They gave me my car back with 502 extra miles on the clock and an empty tank and cigarette ash all over my vehicle. I done even smoke in it, so i dont know what gives them the right to do so! So somebody has been driving around in my car, the whole time there was no MOT certificate on the car. I was offered no explanation, no apology apart from £40 to get some diesel. Every single interaction with these has been negative. I will be giving them their 5 minutes of fame as I will be going to the press about these! They have to be stopped

The purchase went perfectly! The seller proved to be honest and responsible. Told everything truthfully, without hiding anything. The car was in good condition, just as promised. Communication was pleasant. I recommend!

Avoid this company at all costs. If I could give 0 stars I would. There is no free warranty with cars. You have to buy it. £200 for 3 months which doesn’t cover a lot. £100 to transfer the log book into my sons name which we argued for a discount which wasn’t applied after all. The owners took over £11,000 from my young son knowing this car had major problems. A day after purchasing the car the major problems sank in, the AA confirmed during diagnostic tests that all warning lights had been cleared time and time again approximately every 10 miles which was obviously done by the garage whenever there was a possible sale approaching. Sadly my son gave every penny he worked for this car and has now cost us a small fortune to repair. This company, these people should be ashamed of themselves. Disgusting that they can get away with this. They cannot be trusted.
