I was 'Jammy' to have found such an excellent recruitment agency! I dealt with David who gave me excellent advice and support through the interview stage and was not 'pushy' like some other Agencies. David is there for both the Candidate and Potential Employer in ensuring that a perfect match is made.

David helped me so much early on in my career. I was looking to get some experience in finance and David helped me by giving me the opportunity to grow and develop in his finance team at Sanctuary Housing. I was a student at the time but David gave me genuine responsibility, meaning I improved my skill set very quickly over a short period of time.

My previous experience of recruiters in the finance space was exhausting and monotonous to say the least.
When I approached David about a role, he got in touch within the hour (at 10pm! And I didn’t have to wait for the vacancy to close!) with a personalised response to my CV. After leaving a company I had been with for almost 20 years at the end of 2020, I went into the murky world of career development with a tainted view of recruitment consultants based on discussions with my colleagues.

That view was supported by many consultants I spoke to during my search - empty promises and very little to actually offer. David however totally bucked that trend. David is very down to earth, he has the very rare quality of being able to listen and understand what is important to you as a candidate. Not all recruitment agents do this, in fact only a handful really get it.
