Awful experience, delivery 2 weeks late and incorrect when arrived. I would never use this company again and would recommend shopping elsewhere.

Excellent service and a quality product
I'm always a little cautious when ordering from online suppliers I haven't used before, but this time my fears were groundless. I was in the market for a couple of cupboard doors, one a standard size, the other bespoke. Ordering was really easy, using the chat facility on the website, and incredibly quick. My doors were despatched within 24 hours, and having received them, they are of really good quality. The colour is a pretty good match to the illustrations on the website too. Best of all though, the price is really competitive - literally half what I was quoted by a local kitchen restoration company. Highly recommended!

Great company, great find!!
I was extremely impressed with the customer service with J and A doors as I did have a few questions and they were both fast in their response and only to happy to help. The delivery was also spot on with no delays whatsoever. I have only opened one of the doors to date as my project is not at that stage yet but the one I have seen is good quality and exactly as described, as I haven't hung them yet I couldn't give 5 stars otherwise I would have.

Kitchen Units
Service, communication and delivery was very good. The cabinets/units though were hard to put together and definitely required to be glued otherwise the click system would not have held in my opinion. But overall a very good service.

Excellent product professional company
We wanted to update our kitchen on a budget. We ordered all new doors trims and panel from J and A in supermatt cashmere. What an excellent service and amazing product. The colour and quality were excellent. We had one small issue with drawer size but it was resolved promptly even over a bank holiday.
Communication was excellent.
Such a positive experience would highly recommend. So refreshing to deal with such a friendly and professional company.

Some of her original door sizes were obsolete, so had to work out hinge hole placement and these replacements were spot on. The kitchen looks so much better. Would certainly recommend.
