Excellent all round
Everything was really good. Web site and options and ordering all very easy to use, even for someone who is not great with technology. The order has just arrived, on the day expected and arrived very well packaged with no damages. For rental therefore basic doors and drawer fronts ordered but they are better quality than I was expecting for the price therefore great quality. Very pleased. Have already recommended to a friend who has also placed an order with you.

Having looked at many kitchen companies…
Having looked at many kitchen companies I decided to order from J&A. There customer service is fantastic very professional and helpful. There was a couple of issues but these were sorted pronto. Delivery was great too all neatly and well packed on a pallet. Nice to see made in the UK stamped on the packaging too. I would definitely use this company again.

Good customer service - terrible delivery service
We ordered a door to replace one in our kitchen. Received a text saying it was out for delivery, but the doorbell didn't ring and nobody contacted us - we discovered the next day that the door was left at a different block of flats, and was heavily damaged upon opening the box. The courier provided a signature but it wasn't me or my partner who signed for it. Spoke via the online chat and they apologised and sent out a replacement for the broken product, and added an extra hinge hole on request for our trouble. However once again the door was left on the estate without the courier ringing the bell, or calling us. (We were in all day and provided our phone numbers). They are letting J&A down because you should be delivering the item to the exact address, and should be only collecting signatures from the addressee.
Communication was prompt and attentive, and I would have given them 4 stars for the blip - however I mentioned that we had been left with the old broken door, because the courier didn't make contact with us, and requested that someone come and collect the broken item. However the customer assistant said the couriers didn't do collections. We are now left with a large broken fridge door and have to figure out how to dispose of it ourselves (4 flights up in a flat with no lift and no car to take it it to the dump, and the council won't do collections).

We are in serious talks with the courier in your area regarding their service and miscommunication, it is frustrating after making them aware to call yourself and follow standard procedure and not following this for the second time. We are deeply disappointed. I would come and collect the damaged door myself to help out if you wasn't so far.

Slight hiccup with delivery but cannot fault the company they answered all my emails quickly and kept me informed would highly recommend them great company.
