the politeness of the customer service ,nothing was a problem to the staff at janadoors. i placed an order I realised I made a mistake as regards the holes in the doors ,i thought i would of been to late this was down to the fact the order is processed on that day, however it wasn't a problem ,there reply to my emails were instant and they followed it through with a phone call that with the quality of the doors well im very impressed and pleased ,customer satisfaction thank you.

Unreasonable delivery costs
Sample arrived eventually. But company cannot deliver small orders for a reasonable or sensible price, so will not consider this company in future for small or big orders. Ordered elsewhere for sensible price.

Poor delivery service yet asked to review before delivery
I ordered cupboard doors over a week ago and they still haven't arrived but I have been asked to give this review. They charge £20 for delivery but the time scales given on their web site bear no relationship to their actual delivery service. I have been let down and now have to re-schedule a job for which I booked time off work based on their delivery estimates. I hope that the quality of their goods is not as poor as their delivery service.
Having read the reply to my review and referred back to the web site, I was not aware that the style of door was Valore, which states 10 days for delivery. I was reading the delivery estimate for Jayline. This states a delivery time of 4 - 5 days with what, at the time, was a cryptic + 5 - 6 MTO. From the reply this would appear to mean Made To Order. Unfortunately I did not receive a text message so the first delivery date that I recall receiving was in reply to an email that I sent. I still think that it is strange to ask me to write a review when I still haven't received the goods. When I do receive the doors I will write a review based on the product. It was never my intention to get into a slagging match, merely to state my experience as I saw it. Had I not been asked I would not have written this review.
Seeing the tone of your further reply, Ooviously making a point is more important than customer relations.

The estimated delivery date is shown on the product page, cart, checkout and order confirmation. We also display delivery lead times for each product clearly on our 'delivery' page located on the home page of the website.
This date has not changed since you placed your order. We provided you with a delivery update when you asked within 2 hours, in which the estimated delivery date had not changed since placing your order. There was an added day to your specific delivery lead time due to a public bank holiday, which was incorporated in your estimated delivery lead time.
Our delivery charge is the same for all orders under £500 due to the nature and sizes of the product we sell (Kitchens).
The product you purchased (Valore) is a made to order item (made specifically for your order) which despatches from Ireland, this product therefore has a longer delivery time than other products we sell.
We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the delivery service on this occasion, however we have done everything in our power to make sure our customers are fully aware of the estimated delivery date BEFORE and AFTER placing your order as well as giving great customer service throughout.
The product you ordered is called Valore, which states on the product itself, again showing on the product, cart, checkout and order confirmation pages.
We cannot account for a customer reading information which does not correlate to what they actually order regarding product or delivery lead times, you read Jayline (A totally different product and lead time) but ordered Valore, this does not reflect on our service. A review is sent out initially to review customer service and experience during the process of ordering with us.

First Class Service
After being told our chosen sink had been discontinued, this company offered an alternative which didnt have a pre-drilled tap hole. They rang the manufacturer & arranged to have the tap hole drilled with the overflow in our chosen basin. Communication was first class, we were kept informed every step of the way. Our order was finalised mid afternoon Monday, and the sink delivered less than 24 hours later. I must admit I was nervous ordering from a non local company that I'd never heard of, but they have been brilliant & I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Really disappointed to have received this review. To start we have a live chat that you used multiple times and you never requested a contact number.
Although the delivery seems expensive when ordering a hinge, it doesnt change if you were to order 5 kitchen cabinets, we believe we have priced it reasonably.
Regardless of the above, I believe you have only left this review because you made a mistake and ordered a hinge from us that was not the hinge you actually needed, which is in no way our fault. We even offered to try and track down the hinge you actually require to no response and then received this review.
It may not seem like a big deal to you to leave this review, but for a new business like ours with a small number of ratings, it makes a huge difference and really affects our ability to provide for our families.
