ordered drivevshafts for my mk 2 honda crv on the 10th of july, no sign of them on the 5th of August, rang up received no apology, told me they would take another 4 weeks, rang again today on the 8th of sept, still no apology, no idea when they would be in stock, wouldn't listen at all, against my instructions, processed a refund. Talked over the top of me the whole time. Never experienced service like this in my life.

Bought a CV joint for my car and was a bit wary considering the low price. Turns out I was right to be wary - the joint failed on the cars 1st drive. Cheap rubbish that's not fit for purpose! I recommend you avoid these parts and buy better quality.

Supplied the wrong part due to a misleading ad. The part was inadequate anyway. Worst of all they replied to my complaint in a way that made it clear they had not read what my complaint was, and they were not interested either way

I purchased a drive shaft and used their registration checker to confirm the part was for my car alas is was not.
Although eventually they refunded the original cost they refused to refund the £16.63 I had to pay to return the item.
This breaks Amazon rules.
And they don’t care.
Avoid!

Bought LHS drive shaft from J&R. Drove only a few miles and my car became wobbly, shaking violently - Turned out to be inner joint, one which is mated with gearbox slid out of its casing and was holding on to the axels inner boot alone!

These driveshafts are shi tee buy cheap pay twice they have been on the car 1 day and at speed on cornering the car feels wobbly the shafts are alot thinner to the original oe ones and the CV joint cups are different avoid avoid avoid cheap Shi teeeeee!!

Could be a five star rating.. I have bought 6 driveshafts now(3 different cars) and one of them has passed 60.000km..
That’s the five star worth..
The downside is, that the one shafts seem to be out of balance- the car is suddenly begun to have “rattling” just after the conversion.. they have a guarantee, but then I should go to the shop again- get the driveshaft off the car, send it to England, let the car hang🤷🏼‍♂️- and just wait while they inspect it.. that doesn’t make sense to me..
would consider buying again🤷🏼‍♂️

AVOID at all costs!! Parts don’t fit cars stated and all they’re staff advise wrong info and couldn’t care less. Deliberately supply you wrong parts and won’t own up to their mistakes!

After over 10 years of using them new staff is shocking. Girl on the phone isn't interested even to talk to the customers let's leave the fact to help then.

On the page parts are listed wrongly by the reg number.

When sent wrong they not interested to sort it. Is you to have to pay to return coz of their mistake? Must be some kind of joke🤔🤨

I'm very disappointed and wont be using again after so long time of cooperation coz this time they boiled me up by causing blockage of 1 ramp for over 5 days now. On top of that threy fraud tax by making rubbish false inviuces with delivery and payer details ebay buyer or online buyer.

Ordered some new cv joints for our van, ordered them on Monday afternoon 3pm and arrived 8am next day, not fitted as yet so can't review product but the service was spot on.

AVOID THESE DRIVESHAFTS!! I was buying them for some time, but run in a lot of issues, most of them are more weak than OEM units. Lot of them or most of them use some kind of cheap needle roller bearings that brake like sand, where oem uses stronger one peace bearings.
Snapped a lot of them on stock Engine power outputs. Some of driveshafts got broken only after few weaks of usage on stock Cars.
Problems with emailing them, gets ignored or blocked. Sometimes i did not even bother to send them back and just ordered new again.
Massive play in Joints after few months of usage. We are talking here about Naturally aspirated cars with around only 200hp.

The worst car part I ever seen. Absolute s**t, which broke even before 1st drive. Lost money and load of additional work to replace this piece of crap.

I had order a set of Driveshafts for my Van , after 500 miles start my problem whit this company , I had contact them and sended the defective item back , to do this I have to order another one in another place , after almost two months I don't have a word for them , so I decided to be more objective whit them and contact them again, and they didn't know that I have send the item back , and after two months they said that has passed over 30 days so they will not refund my money , and the funny thing is I don't have a refund , a replacement or even the item that I pay for , terribly costumer service , my advice is AVOID this place they are unprofessional and will take your money for a very poor quality partes .

I purchased a set of driveshafts from this company, J & R CV Joints for my Peugeot, had them fitted by a qualified mechanic ( who incidentally has looked after a fleet of vehicles for me since 2010 without any problems) but a problem occurred with the NS driveshaft (eating through wheel bearings because there was no play in the shaft). I contacted J&R and asked if they could send a replacement and collect the other for inspection. "No! 'our terms are we collect and inspect it and then return it" so, they wanted me to have my car off the road for over a week. I asked to purchase a new one, then they could refund the original if faulty. "No!, our terms are clear Customer" (Never once did they call me by my name or show any form of courtesy).
So I bought a new shaft from Europarts and the problem was solved. Having incurred additional mechanic labour costs, I sent J & R the bill for the damage due to their faulty shaft and asked them to reasonably meet me halfway on the costs. They instead blamed my mechanic! Apparently you should inspect the parts first (according to J & R) - because of course any customer buying a part shouldn't automatically assume it is fit for purpose? Absurd!

After exhausting all usual 'common sense' avenues, I asked a solicitor to make contact with them. The response - "are you a real solicitor!" In the end, you can't reason with ignorance (or megalomaniacs) so left them with their squeaky clean conscience!

Now remember, the directors of this company, particularly LEE JONES like to shout about they are a 'multi million pound company'! This apparently allows you to have zero customer service and no ethics. Poor product, even worse customer service and will never have dealings with them again. I recommend anyone who is thinking of buying parts steers clear of them and goes to a far more reputable company who will no doubt exercise some level of customer respect and integrity, unlike J & R CV Joints.

Bought two driveshafts from this company a few months back. I was a little bit wary as soon as I bought them due to the cheap price. On fitting the shafts and on first test drive, they caused loads of vibration, making the car virtually un-driveable. Reading other reviews afterwards I should of known better. Very low quality cheap driveshafts...Only put up with it for a week, cost me £800 to put it right with original manufacturer parts...AVOID AVOID AVOID!!...

Bought 2 driveshafts for my car . Returned a year later with only 8000 miles use. Took 2 weeks to sort out replacement under warranty and one delivery thatr didnt happen. When they did deliver shafts were not the ones for my car. The staff dont seem to know what their doing. Was told that they dont really do anything till 10am . When I rang at 4.45pm to tell them they had sent wrong parts just got answerphone saying their opening hours were 8-5.30. How I laughed!!! This company has cost me lost wages mechanics fees and I would strongly recommend you buy quality and not be suckered by JRs low prices. Im going to have a large whisky and beat myself with a birch twig. Never again. Have just put my reg into their website and they are showing no driveshafts for my car. Probably explains why they sent the wrong ones!!!!!!
