Ordered a metal puzzle to the UK. Shopping experience and site were very good, received lots of updates on progress, and parcel was delivered way faster than I was expecting (about 2weeks with the no-rush post). Safely packaged, no issues. I wasn’t completely sure if there will be any duties to pay, but there were not in this case (item was worth £25)
