Put through an order for a bunch of booster boxes, which i was like damn, thats a pretty reasonable price for these. 4 days laters, i get an email saying they can't fulfil it at the price on the website when I had purchase but rather at the inflated market price due to demand.
Therefore my experience with this business has been poor as piss. I wouldn't recommend

Absolute nightmare dealing with this…
Absolute nightmare dealing with this company. Ordered the item then they took a week to ask me what shipping option I wss as wanted, this is despite paying a shipping fee at the checkout as it wouldn’t let you order unless you did this. Due to them taking so long to get back the item was no longer available to receive in time for Christmas.
Have now resorted to cancelling the item and once again no communication from them regarding when this will be processed. Really disappointed and won’t be using them again.

I understand many things as customer but this company is clearly misleading customers and should they be located in EU I would sue them at court, so beware!! I paid for Expedited shipping (3-7 days) 30 EUR - not only they DID NOT sent the order after 11 days but they created label for very slow shipping service provider (Connect Plus) with dimensions 1x1x1 cm (scam). Their responses (the first emails) were clearly manipulated by AI to look better in front of customer. The company could have used DHL, FedEx Priority or UPS - those are Expedited services, but instead they were lying and ignoring what was promised. The best "joke"? They offered me 5 USD for ruining the Christmas gifts or full refund - so they ruin customer Christmas and think that either of these solutions will improve experience. Shocking.
Conclusion: 🤮🤮 No honesty with customer 🤮🤮

Under normal circumstances, this service delivers within approximately 7 business days, and it was chosen with the genuine intention of having the parcel arrive before Christmas.
We sincerely apologize that this was not communicated clearly enough in advance, and we acknowledge that this lack of clarity understandably led to frustration and mistrust. This is an area we are actively reviewing and improving.
While we regret that the delivery did not meet expectations, we want to assure you that there was no intention to mislead. We appreciate your feedback, as it highlights where our communication and processes need to improve.
