I cannot fault this company. From Sarah taking the initial call and her complete understanding of our needs and situation, through to the engineers that came out....absolute 5* service.
The initial engineer came to install a HIVE thermostat (which he did with no problem and in the time frame quoted) and also found our hot water valve was sticking on so our hot water was on permanently! He said he would try and get someone back as soon as possible to fix it for us. Within 10 minutes of him leaving 11.10am I had a message to say my new engineer would be with me at 11.30!!! That's service! On time, polite, professional and respectful of us and our property. Everything was left clean and tidy.
The bill was exactly as promised, no hidden extras or overcharging.
Will DEFINITELY be using them again and would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you J & S.

Pleased with work carried out, two boilers serviced, their confident but none pushy approach was good.

Very happy with work carried out, the plumber was polite, knowledgeable, tidy and easy to have around. Communication pre work was straightforward. Have used twice and will use again.

We recently moved house and wanted a lot of work done, including radiators replaced (old ones removed before decorating and new ones installed afterwards), pipes in the loft lagged and a new kitchen sink and tap.

Jason started work on Monday this week and worked non-stop until Wednesday afternoon. Not only did he complete all the work we asked for but he also had to do some extra work due to the existing pipework runs and for the re-positioning of the kitchen sink.

Jason carried out all the work cheerfully (even the additional work), to a very high standard; and nothing was too much trouble.

We will be contacting Jason and Sarah next year to get more work done, and I would have no hesitation in recommending J&S Plumbing and Heating to anyone.

We found Jared, pleasant, with professional attitude, tidy, knowledgable. A pleasure to have in our home. Would certainly recommend this company. Third time we've used them.

Had two separate issues at two different properties and J&S were able to sort both issues within days. They took my diagnosis into consideration which made for quick resolution. They're professional, courteous, and took the time to explain to me how everything worked. They don't charge a call out fee like most do. Will use them again if needed.

The engineer arrived early on the day and was friendly and professional. We are very pleased with the service from this company.

What impressed me the most was they want engineers to work for them. Jason said plenty of qualified people but no experience. It was good to see a company concentrating on quality workmanship. They serviced our boiler and I havnt had to top up the pressure because it wasn't leaking . The tech spent three hours on it and it was just good workmanship. Well done. Finally a company that prides itself on workmanship and not a fast turn around. I would pay more for this type of service. Initially they came out and saw the leak fixed it didn't charge. We have them back to change parts on the boiler because I trust them. We'll done ✔️

Jason installed a new Worcester combi boiler taking out the old boiler,
immersion cylinder and loft tank.
Lots of work over 3 days with system fully flushed and cleaned.
All very professional, clean and explained at every stage.
Very happy with our new boiler!!

We have used the services of J&S Plumbing and Heating for the last nearly 6 years. The service we have received has been exemplary and we have no hesitation in recommending their them to others. All their operatives are on top of their game and able to offer the most helpful advice when needed and are efficient in carrying out any task.

The company are easy to deal with, and kept all appointments. Had good communication by phone and e-mail. The work was arrange from start to finnish in 2 weeks which was very good. The plumber Jason made no damage or mess cleaning as he went. He was efficient and explained what he was doing as he went throught the work. I will definately use this company again

I had a new central heating & hot water boiler installed in September.
Right from the initial contact for a quote through to getting the job done, the service has been exceptional. Very polite and friendly staff.
Barry came out to do the installation, was very professional & knowledgeable. He worked efficiently and was very tidy and respected our home.
This company seem to be one in a million and would definitely recommend.
We had a leak following the power flush which showed up a few days later. After contacting J&S Plumbing & Heating about it they responded quickly and came the same day. Can't ask for better service than that.
